بررسی ادامه روند کاهشی قیمت خودرو؛
سراشیبی قیمت خودرو ادامه دارد؟

به دنبال شیب نزولی قیمتها در بازار خودرو، قیمت برخی خودروهای مونتاژی چینی به ۴۰ تا ۱۲۰ میلیون تومان زیر قیمت کارخانه رسیده است، چنین روندی در برخی خودروهای داخلی نیز مشاهده میشود.
به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» بررسی بازار نشان میدهد از ابتدای هفته جاری با وجود افزایش نسبی قیمت ارز، قیمتها با شیب ملایم رو به نزول است بهطوری که بهای برخی خودروهای مونتاژی در بازار آزاد به زیر قیمت کارخانه افت کرده است.
بر این اساس، اکثر محصولات «مدیران خودرو» با اختلاف ۴۰ تا ۱۲۰ میلیون تومانی، در بازار به فروش می رسند. همچنین جک اس۵ اتوماتیک، شاسیبلند چینی «کرمان موتور» نیز با اختلاف قیمت ۱۰۰ میلیون تومانی کمتر از نرخ کارخانه به فروش گذاشته میشود.
در محصولات گروه «بهمن» نیز وانت کارا تککابین با پنج تا ۶ میلیون تومان و کاپرا ۴۰ میلیون تومان زیر قیمت کارخانه در بازار قیمت دارد. در گروه «سایپا» هر دستگاه پراید ۱۳۱ حدود ۹۵ میلیون تومان، پراید ۱۱۱ بین نرخ ۱۱۲ تا ۱۱۳ میلیون تومان و هر دستگاه تیبا صندوقدار ۱۰۸ میلیون تومان قیمت خورده است.
افقه: اکنون قیمت خودرو تابع عرضه و تقاضا است به همین دلیل کاهش پیدا کرده، و اگر هزینه تولید پایینتر از این قیمتگذاری باشد و این روند ادامه پیدا کند کارخانه مجبور خواهد شد تا تولیدات خود را زیر قیمتهای فعلی نیز بفروشد
همچنین در گروه «ایرانخودرو» هر دستگاه سمند ال. ایکس ۱۶۸ میلیون تومان، پژو ۴۰۵ جی. ال. ایکس ۱۷۲ میلیون تومان، پژو ۲۰۶ تیپ ۲ حدود ۱۷۶ میلیون تومان، پژو ۲۰۶ تیپ ۵ نزدیک ۲۳۵ میلیون تومان، پژو ۲۰۶ صندوقدار ۲۳۲ میلیون تومان و پژو پارس ۱۹۶ میلیون تومان در سایتها و فضای مجازی قیمتگذاری شدند.
عدم افزایش قیمت تا پایان سال
سعید موتمنی رییس اتحادیه نمایشگاهداران خودرو با پیشبینی اینکه تا پایان سال هیچ افزایشی در قیمتها نداریم و نرخها نوسان جزئی خواهند داشت گفت: اختلاف و کاهش قیمتها در بازار به گونهای است که بسیاری به فکر بازپس گرفتن پولهای خود از خودروسازان هستند.
وی با بیان اینکه اگر نرخ ارز باز هم کاهش یابد، احتمال ریزش بیشتر قیمتها وجود دارد، تاکید کرد: با تثبیت نرخ ارز، معاملات هرچند محدود، رونق گرفته و افرادی که استفادهکننده واقعی خودرو هستند، نسبت به خرید اقدام میکنند.
آذرماه سال جاری بود که معاون وزیر صمت در بازدید از خطوط تولید محصولات جدید ایران خودرو، تلاش برای کاهش قیمت تمام شده محصولات از طریق بهینهسازی طراحیها برای مشترکسازی قطعات و اقتصادیشدن تولید انبوه به وسیله تامینکنندگان داخلی را مورد تاکید قرار داد.
رئیس شورای رقابت نیز هفته پیش اعلام کرد: با توجه به ثبات نسبی قیمتها و تورم بخشی اعلام شده از سوی بانک مرکزی، شورای رقابت تصمیم گرفت قیمتهای فروش زمستان کارخانهها افزایش نیابد، از این رو قیمت خودروهای داخلی در فصل زمستان با همان نرخ پاییز عرضه خواهد شد.
کاهش تقاضا عامل افت قیمت
یک کارشناس اقتصادی در خصوص این موضوع میگوید: به دلیل اینکه مردم احتمال میدهند قیمت خودرو بازهم ارزانتر شود، تقاضا به شدت افت پیدا کرده. دلیل دیگر اما شاید این باشد که قیمتگذاری کارخانهها غیر منصفانه و بیش از حد بوده و یا احتمالا قیمتگذاری بر اساس نرخ ارز در همان زمان صورت گرفته است.
سید مرتضی افقه عضو هئیت علمی اقتصاد دانشگاه اهواز در گفتگو با «صبح امروز» میافزاید: اکنون قیمت خودرو تابع عرضه و تقاضا است به همین دلیل کاهش پیدا کرده، و اگر هزینه تولید پایینتر از این قیمتگذاری باشد و این روند ادامه پیدا کند کارخانه مجبور خواهد شد تا تولیدات خود را زیر قیمتهای فعلی نیز بفروشد.
آینده بازار خودرو منوط به تحریمها
وی در خصوص وضعیت بازار خودرو در سال آینده تصریح میکند: در سال ۱۴۰۰ همه چیز منوط به تحریمها است؛ اما فعلا خوشبینی ایجاد شده از لحاظ روانی بر روی قیمت ارز تاثیر گذاشته، زیرا فرض بر این است که اگر تحریمها برداشته شود، فروش نفت و جریان تجارت ما عادی میشود.
افقه با بیان اینکه اگر جریان سیاسی بین ایران و آمریکا به نتیجه نرسد، ارز دوباره به طور طبیعی بالا میرود، مگر اینکه مسائل تحریم حل شود، عنوان میکند: اکنون این دو کشور در حال چانهزنی هستند؛ آمریکا میگوید اول شما به برجام بازگردید و ایران میگوید اول شما تحریمها را بردارید، اما تصور بنده این است که ایران ناچار است تا بپذیرد و آمریکا نیز در شرایطی است که میپیوندد، اما این موضوع هنوز در هالهای از ابهام است.
دلایل مقاومت بازار نسبت به کاهش ارز
وی در پاسخ به این سوال که چرا با وجود کاهش قیمت ارز، بازار هنوز نسبت به برگشت قیمتها مقاومت میکند؟ تشریح میکند: دلیل این موضوع عدم اعتماد نسبت به بازار آینده است، یعنی تولیدکننده و فروشنده تا زمانی که مطمئن نشوند ارز به صورت دائمی کاهش پیدا کرده، قیمتها را پایین نخواهند آورد مگر اینکه قانون عرضه و تقاضا آنها را مجبور کند.
این استاد دانشگاه خاطرنشان میکند: اصحاب رسانه نباید زیاد به مردم امید بدهند، زیرا بعید میدانم قیمت ارز از ۲۰ هزار تومان کمتر شود، ممکن است در کوتاهمدت به ۱۵ هزار تومان نیز برسد اما ثبات آن به ۲۰ تا ۲۵ هزار تومان بازمیگردد.
تحریم یا بیکفایتی؟
وی با اشاره به اینکه مشکلات اقتصادی بیشتر از اینکه ناشی از تحریمها باشد، از بیکفایتی و بیتدبیریها است، ابراز میکند: در بهترین شرایط اگر تحریمها نیز برداشته شود به دهه ۸۰ بازمیگردیم، در آن زمان نیز بخش قابل توجهی از تولیدات، پرهزینه بود که عامل آن بیتوجهی بود، اما در هر حال باز هم نباید نا امید شد.
باتوجه به شرایطی که اکنون در بازار خودرو حاکم است بهنظر میرسد که، این بازار جذابیتش را برای سرمایهگذاری از دست داده است. زیرا فعلا خرید و فروشی انجام نمیشود و تنها مصرفکننده واقعی در آن وجود دارد و واسطهها از این بازار فرار کردهاند.
کاهش ۳۰ تا ۵۰ درصدی قیمت خودرو
این در حالی است که پیشبینی میشود این کاهش قیمت همچنان ادامه داشته باشد و به عقیده برخی کارشناسان این کاهش به میزان ۳۰ تا ۵۰ درصد خواهد بود البته شرکتهای خودروسازی سعی دارند جلوی این روند مقاومت کنند و قیمت خودرو را ثابت نگاه داشته یا افزایش دهند.
تاثیر واردات بر قیمت خودرو
یکی دیگر از مولفههای تعیین کننده در بازار خودرو ایران، بحث واردات است. ایران سعی دارد بخشی از پول بلوکه شده خود در کشورهایی مانند کره جنوبی را با واردات به ایران بازگرداند و به همین دلیل احتمال واردات خودرو وجود دارد. از طرفی در ایران برخی منتظر هستند تا با بازگشت احتمالی آمریکا به برجام یا شروع مذاکره دو طرف، دوباره برخی شرکتهای خارجی به صنعت خودرو ایران بازگردند.
