جبران کمبود نیروی انسانی در آموزش و پرورش
قاسمعلی خدابنده؛ مدیرکل آموزش و پرورش خراسان رضوی در نشست تخصصی کارشناس مسئولان و کارشناسان حوزه آموزش ابتدایی آموزش و پرورش استان: در ابتدای سال تحصیلی تعداد دانش آموزان استان از مرز یک میلیون و دویست و سی هزار دانش آموز گذشت و علی رغم اینکه با کمبود ۱۶ هزار نیروی انسانی مواجه بودیم با برنامه ریزی و اتخاذ تدابیر و سیاست های گوناگون این کمبود را جبران کردیم و خوشبختانه در حال حاضر مشکلی از لحاظ کمبود نیروی انسانی وجود ندارد.
در سال تحصیلی جدید حدود ۶۸ هزار و ۵۰۰ دانش آموز استان در طرح خرید خدمات آموزشی ثبت نام شدند و با بهره گیری از چهار هزار و ۵۰۰ نیروی خرید خدمات آموزشی و نیز با بکارگیری سه هزار و ۶۰۰ نیروی حق التدریس، سوادآموزی و سرباز معلم در آموزش و پرورش استان توانستیم نیمی از کمبود نیروی انسانی را جبران نماییم که این مهم جزء با برنامه ریزی، تلاش، همت و پیگیری مستمر امکان پذیر نمی شد.
آموزش ابتدایی آموزش بنیادین است و شخصیت و هویت کودکان در این دوره شکل می گیرد، پس دوره ای حساس و بسیار مهم محسوب می شود.
انگاره تلفیقی از دانش، آگاهی و رفتاری است که در جامعه مشاهده می شود و زندگی فرد بر آن اساس شکل می گیرد، انگاره ها و طرحواره های دانش آموزان در دوران ابتدایی نقش می بندد پس باید با استفاده از بهترین روش ها و متد آموزشی بهترین آموخته ها، تجربیات، الگوهای کلامی و رفتاری را به آن ها منتقل کنیم تا بتوانند مسیر درستی را انتخاب کنند و ما به عنوان متولیان تعلیم و تربیت نقش به سزایی در تشکیل این انگاره ذهنی خواهیم داشت.
