نماینده مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی با اشاره به 2 سوالش از بیژن زنگنه وزیر نفت که در دستور کار مجلس قرار دارد، گفت: محور یکی از این سوالات در خصوص نقش آقازادهها در باشگاه نفتی وزارت نفت است، گفت: سال گذشته باشگاه اندیشه ورزان نفت و نیرو در وزارت نفت تشکیل شده که در واقع این باشگاه به یک وزارتخانه در سایه تبدیل شده است.
جواد کریمی قدوسی با بیان اینکه یکی از کارهای این باشگاه تصمیم گیری درباره قراردادها و انتصاب هاست، افزود: اعضای این باشگاه از مسئولین وزارت نفت، تعدادی آقازاده و برخی آقایان هستند. زنگنه باید پاسخ دهد که کدام آقازادههایی در این کلوپ نفتی حضور دارند؟ و وظیفه آنها چیست؟.
کریمی قدوسی با بیان اینکه محور دومین سوال برند سازی جایگاههای عرضه سوخت است، افزود: جایگاه داران به این اقدام وزارت نفت معترض هستند و تاکید دارند که این اقدام باعث تسلط باندهای های ثروت و قدرت و باشگاه نفتی بر بخش خصوصی می شود.
وی با بیان اینکه الگوی این حرکت آقایان شرکتهای مطرح نفتی مثل توتال، شل و … است که انحصار جهانی را تشکیل دادهاند، تاکید کرد: کارشناسان امر تاکید دارند که تصمیم وزارت نفت برای برند سازی جایگاههای عرضه سوخت و سیستم حملونقل فراوردههای نفتی، مقدمه انحصار در این حوزه است.

کریمی قدوسی با بیان اینکه این سوالات آبان سال گذشته تحویل هیئت رئیسه مجلس شد، افزود: سال گذشته وزیر نفت با حضور در کمیسیون انرژی مجلس به این سوال پاسخ داد که پاسخ هایش قانع کننده نبود و سوال به صحن مجلس ارجاع شد.
