صدای چینی در هیاتهای ایرانی
در حالی که رونق بازار خرید و فروش لوازم هیاتهای عزاداری به پایان رسیده است، آگهیهای خرید و فروش لوازم دست دوم هیاتها بخش مهمی از سایتها و کانالهای مختص خرید و فروش لوازم دست دوم را از آن خود کرده است.
خرید و فروش لوازم هیاتهای عزاداری یکی از پر رونق ترین بازارها در آستانه محرم است. بر این اساس از یک ماه پیش از فرا رسیدن محرم، رونق بازار خرید و فروش این نوع لوازم از راه میرسد و با از راه رسیدن محرم، کم کم تب خرید برای هیاتها فرو مینشیند اما به مدد فراگیر شدن شبکههای مجازی و کانالها و سایتهای متعدد مختص خرید و فروش، معامله انواع دست دوم این کالاها نیز جایگاهی خاص و ویژه را از آن خود کرده است.
آگهی فروش علامتهایی با بهای 2 تا 20 میلیون تومان، این روزها به وفور در شبکههای اجتماعی و سایتهای مختص خرید و فروش لوازم دست دوم به چشم میخورد.
گردش میلیاردی این بازار، تنها برای تولید کنندگان داخلی جذاب نیست چرا که بررسی کالاهای موجود در بازار نشان میدهد، چشم بادامیها از مدتها قبل برای در دست گرفتن این بازار برنامه ریزی میکنند.
در شرایطی که بخش مهمی از طبلهای موجود در بازار ایران را طبلهای چینی تشکیل میدهند، برخی از کالاهای موجود که قیمت بالاتری نیز دارند، از سوی فروشندگان ژاپنی اعلام میشود اما فعالان بازار و خبرگان هیاتها معتقدند این اقلام عمدتا چینی هستند و مارکهای ژاپنی که بر طبل و سایر اقلام وجود دارد، گواهی بر ژاپنی بودن این اقلام نیست.
طبلهای بزرگ از نظر بسیاری از فعالان این بازار کالایی مصرفی هستند که تنها برای یک محرم کاربرد دارند چرا که پس از کوبیده شدن در ایام عزاداری غالبا نیاز به تعمیراتی جدی پیدا میکنند اما تعمیرات نیز نمی تواند متضمن آن باشد که صدای بلندی از آنها تولید شود ، در نتیجه غالبا هیاتهای بزرگ هر سال نیاز به خرید طبل پیدا میکنند.
هر چند بازار طبل و دهل و دیگر اقلامی از این دست در دست چینیهاست اما بررسیها نشان میدهد بازار علامت سازی همچنان در دست تولید کنندگان ایرانی باقی مانده و استاد کاران تبریزی و اصفهانی موقعیت خوبی در این بازار دارند.
حجم معاملات علامتها به دلیل آنکه مصرفی نیستند، نسبت به اقلامی چون طبل و دهل پایین تر است. در این بازار دست ساز بودن یا پرسی بودن تیغه علامت تعیین کننده قیمت این اقلام در بازار است .در بسیاری از شهرها علامتهای هیاتها مختص ان شهرها هستند، به عنوان مثال در یزد علامتها شکل خاصی دارند و برخی دیگر از شهرها نیز این وضعیت را دارا هستند به این ترتیب بازار علامت در کل بازاری کشور تلقی نمی شود.
علامتهای دست ساز، بستگی به شهرت استادکاران از 500 هزار تومان به ازای هر تیغه تا بیش از 5 میلیون تومان قیمت دارد. بازار تزیینات علامت اما به صورت کامل در اختیار ایرانیها نیست.شالهای سبز و مشکی با چاپهای خاص و طلا کوب، مجسمههای برنزی کبوتر و شیر و … و همچنین پرهای روی علامت به همراه سایر تزیینات بخشی از بازار داخلی و بخشی از بازار خارجی تامین میشود .
زنجیرهایی که در بسیاری از هیاتها مورد استفاده عزاداران حسینی قرار میگیرد نیز غالبا ایرانی هستند اما برخی از فعالان این بازار معتقدند بخشی از این زنجیرها نیز از خارج از ایران وارد میشود .
گزارشهای رسیده از بازار اقلام مورد نیاز محرم نشان میدهد بخش عمده یا از سرمایه گذاری چینیها برای در اختیار گرفتن بازار کالاهایی است که هر سال برای هیاتها باید تجدید شوند .
یکی از این اقلام پیراهنهای مشکی است که عزاداران برای حضور در هیاتها در این ایام تهیه میکنند . طبق بررسیها بخش مهمی از این پیراهنهای مشکی را پیراهنهای وارداتی ، خصوصا از چین تشکیل میدهد . باید توجه داشت پوشاک یکی از اقلامی است که در صدر فهرست واردات غیر قانونی به ایران قرار دارد از این رو این احتمال وجود دارد که بخش مهمی از این پیراهنها به صورتی غیر قانونی وارد کشور شده باشد.
