نماینده تربت حیدریه، تایباد، زاوه و مه ولات در مجلس شورای اسلامی از خرید توافقی 70تن زعفران از کشاورزان توسط سازمان تعاونی روستایی خبر داد.

سعید باستانی درباره وضعیت تولید زعفران درقطب تولید طلای سرخ در کشور افزود: سرجمع از 300 تن زعفرانی که در کشور تولید می‌شود، 90 تن از این میزان در تربت حیدریه، زاوه و مه ولات به زیر کشت می‌رود.

نماینده مردم تربت حیدریه،زاوه و مه ولات در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه 24 هزار هکتار از سطح زیر کشت زعفران دراین حوزه انتخابیه تولید می‌شود،تصریح کرد:ازسال گذشته سیاست مناسبی با همکاری وزارت کشاورزی و سازمان تعاونی روستایی انجام شده است تا خرید توافقی زعفران شکل بگیرد و خوشبختانه دراین توافق 70 تن زعفران در کل کشور خریداری شد که این امر می‌تواند در راستای بهبود بازار فروش زعفران خبر مناسبی تلقی شود.

باستانی بابیان اینکه شفافیت قیمت زعفران گامی محکم در بهبود بازار فروش زعفران تلقی می‌شود که برداشته شده است تصریح کرد:البته یکسری ایراداتی نیز بدان وارد بود که به وزارت کشاورزی منتقل می‌کنیم که انشالله در راستای رفع آن اقدامات بهینه‌ای انجام شود.

وی ادامه داد:برای ارتقای وضعیت طلای سرخ باید در نحوه پرداخت بهای تولید،زنجیره ارزش زعفران نیز اقداماتی را از جمله تولید فرآوری‌های زعفران از جمله نوشابه زعفران، لوازم آرایشی و بهداشتی،نوشابه انرژی زا را توسعه داد تا با این اوصاف بتوان در کنار جلوگیری از خام فروشی زعفران از ارزش افزوده بهینه برای طلای سرخ ایجاد کرد.

باستانی افزود: شفاف شدن قیمت زعفران،راه اندازی بورس زعفران از دستاوردهای توسعه زعفران در کشور است و این در حالی است که قیمتگذار زعفران نیز خود ما هستیم.
