عدم توجه کافی وزارت نیرو به قنات قصبه گناباد

قائم مقام شرکت آب منطقه ‌ای خراسان رضوی گفت: وزارت نیرو توجه کافی قنات قصبه گناباد نمی‌ کند چراکه این قنات با میزان آبدهی و مهندسی سازه ای که دارد، مورد نیاز وزارت نیرو است.
محمد علائی در نشست کمیته ویژه گردشگری گناباد با محوریت قنات قصبه که با حضور دکتر طالبیان، معاون میراث فرهنگی سازمان فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری کشور در سالن اجتماعات فرمانداری گناباد برگزار شد، اظهار کرد: بدون شک یکی از بزرگترین دست آوردهایی که تمدن ایرانی به دنیا عرضه کرد تمدن کاریزی بوده است.
وی با بیان اینکه عناصر اصلی تمدن کاریزی در قنات قصبه وجود دارد، ادامه داد: وزارت نیرو باید موزه آب خراسان رضوی را در این قنات و حتی درون آب قنات قصبه ایجاد کند تا علاوه بر استفاده از ظرفیت ‌های گردشگری این قنات، شاخصه‌ های تمدن کاریزی برای مردم احیا شود.
علائی در خصوص وضعیت سازه قنات قصبه گناباد گفت: از ۳۳ کیلومتر طول قنات قصبه گناباد حدود ۳۱ کیلومتر آن سالم است و برای رفع مشکلات قسمت کلوتی قنات، باید با کمک جهاد کشاورزی و مالکان مشکل برطرف شود.
قائم مقام شرکت آب منطقه ‌ای خراسان رضوی خاطرنشان کرد: با توجه به توان‌ بخش خصوصی نیز باید با نظارت دولت، دو راهرو در کنار مجاری اصلی قنات قصبه برای بازدید بازدیدکنندگان ایجاد شود.
تمدن کاریزی با ایجاد چاه ‌های عمیق و نیمه عمیق به حاشیه رفته است
معاون برنامه ‌ریزی و امور اقتصادی جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی نیز در این جلسه با بیان اینکه تمدن کاریزی با ایجاد چاه ‌های عمیق و نیمه عمیق به حاشیه رفته است، گفت: برای توسعه گردشگری بر محور قنات قصبه باید به پایداری آب، سازه این قنات و اراضی تحت کشت آن توجه شود.
محمدرضا اورانی اظهار کرد: توسعه گردشگری و استفاده از ظرفیت ‌های بخش کشاورزی از راهبردهای مهم توسعه گناباد است چراکه این دو راهبرد رابطه متقابل با یکدیگر دارند.
وی در خصوص استحکام ‌بخشی سازه قنات قصبه گناباد نیز عنوان کرد: 6780 رشته قنات در خراسان رضوی وجود دارد که به‌ صورت میانگین سرانه به هر رشته قنات 27 میلیون ریال اعتبار داده می‌ شود، بنابراین ر گناباد با 600 رشته قنات نمی ‌توان با حدود 10 میلیارد ریال مقاوم‌ سازی سازه ‌ها را مدیریت کرد.
معاون برنامه ‌ریزی و امور اقتصادی جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی افزود: در حال حاضر برای مرمت و لای روبی هر یک کیلومتر قنات، 250 میلیون تومان اعتبار لازم است.
