مدیر اطلاعات و ارتباطات استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: خراسان رضوی پس از تهران با ایجاد دو هزار و ۲۷۲کسب کار آنلاین در استان رتبه دوم در کشور قرار دارد.
حمیدرضا روح بخش صبح شنبه در سی و سومین گردهمایی مدیران و کارشناسان ارتباطات خراسان رضوی در مشهد اظهار کرد: توسعه کسب کارهای مبتنی بر فناوری اطلاعات یا کسب و کارهای آنلاین از مواردی هستند که در تحقق دولت الکترونیک موثر بوده و خوشبختانه خراسان رضوی پس از تهران با ایجاد دو هزار و ۲۷۲کسب کار آنلاین ، رتبه دوم کشور را در این حوزه دارد و از طریق همین کسب و کار های آنلاین بخشی از ایجاد اشتغال محقق شده است.
وی افزود: طبق تحلیلی که ما در کمیسیون اشتغال انجام دادیم هم اکنون ۲۲ هزار نفر فارغ التحصیل بیکار در حوزه فناوری اطلاعات داریم و این موضوع ضرورت سرمایه گذاری در این بخش و بازار صادرات و ارائه خدمات مهندسی نرم افزار به کشور های همجوار را یاد آور می شود.
مدیر اطلاعات و ارتباطات استانداری خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: به طور مثال طرح تکاپو با همکاری بخش خصوصی و سرمایه گذاری ۳۹ میلیارد تومانی توانست ۱۸ هزار فرصت شغلی در استان ایجاد کند. همچنین از ۱۹ تفاهم نامه منعقد شده هم اکنون ۹ مورد آن ها به طور کامل اجرایی شدند و باقی نیز در حال اجرا هستند.
وی تصریح کرد: هدف ما کسب حمایت بخش خصوصی توانمند بومی استان بود که در این راستا فراخوانی داده شد و پس از بررسی برخی از طرح های رسیده اجرایی شدند. ما در تحقق دولت الکترونیک و شهرهای هوشمند به حمایت بخش خصوصی نیاز داریم.
روح بخش با اشاره به زیر ساخت های مناسب موجود در استان تاکید کرد: در توسعه شبکه دولت خراسان رضوی رتبه نخست را دارد. همچنین در حال تغییر ورژن VPN شبکه دولت هستیم و اخیرانیز مجوزی را از نهاد ریاست جمهوری مبتنی بر اتصال کارخانه های بزرگ به شبکه دولت دریافت کردیم و صرفا اهداف و رویکرد های ما مختص به کم کردن استفاده از کاغد نیست، ما برنامه های زیادی داریم که طرح حذف اسناد هویتی یک نمونه آن است.
