عدم ورود زائران عرب‌زبان به مشهد اشغال هتل‌ها را دچار مشکل کرد

دبیر انجمن صنفی دفاتر خدمات مسافرتی خراسان رضوی گفت: باتوجه به اینکه عمده ظرفیت هتل‌های پنج ستاره در مشهد توسط زائران عربستان و بحرین اشغال می‌‌شد، اما پس از جریان حمله به سفارت عربستان و ایجاد وقفه در ورود این زائران به مشهد، متاسفانه مشکلات زیادی برای اشغال ظرفیت این گروه از هتل‌ها به وجود آمد.

مجید فرقانی اظهار کرد: مشکل اصلی گردشگران غیرعرب‌زبان، نقل و انتقال ارز است که البته پس از برجام این معضل به تدریج و تاحد زیادی در حال مرتفع شدن است. با وجود مشکل گردشگران در حوزه نقل و انتقال ارز، باید تدابیری اتخاذ شود تا استفاده از کارت‌های اعتباری گردشگران در داخل تسهیل شود.

وی ادامه داد: مشکل دیگری که برای گردشگران وجود دارد، ورود برخی از نهادهای غیرمرتبط با این حوزه و تداخل آنها با آژانس‌های مجاز گردشگری که متولی این امر تلقی می‌شوند، است.

دبیر انجمن صنفی دفاتر خدمات مسافرتی استان درباره مشکلات گردشگران سلامت در مشهد با اشاره به وجود دلال‌ها به‌ عنوان معضل اصلی برای این گروه از گردشگران خاطرنشان کرد: متاسفانه دلالان با ورود غیرقانونی به این حوزه به ‌صورت هماهنگی‌های خصوصی با هتل‌ها، اقدام به ورود این مسافران می‌کنند که این امر می‌تواند باعث ایجاد مشکلات متعددی برای آنها شود.

فرقانی با تاکید بر وجود ظرفیت اقامتی مناسب و پاسخگوی نیاز گردشگر در مشهد، افزود: باتوجه به اینکه عمده ظرفیت هتل‌های پنج ستاره در مشهد توسط زائران عربستان و بحرین اشغال می‌‌شد، اما پس از جریان حمله به سفارت عربستان و ایجاد وقفه در ورود این زائران به ایران، متاسفانه مشکلات زیادی برای اشغال ظرفیت این گروه از هتل‌ها به وجود آمد که این امر مورد تایید اتحادیه هتل آپارتمان‌داران نیز است.

وی در خصوص اماکن مورد استقبال گردشگران خارجی عنوان کرد: بسته به نوع گردشگران، غیرمسلمان‌ها و گردشگران اروپایی‌ها و آمریکایی‌، اشتیاق بیشتری به بازدید از اماکن تاریخی و فرهنگی و به خصوص صنایع دستی کشور ما دارند و خوشبختانه بازار صنایع دستی ما در طی دو سال اخیر با تلاش‌های سازمان میراث فرهنگی و انتخاب مشهد به ‌عنوان شهر سنگ‌های قیمتی جهان، پیشرفت‌های قابل قبولی داشته است.

دبیر انجمن صنفی دفاتر خدمات مسافرتی خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: زائران عرب‌زبان و مسلمان نیز عمدتا از اماکن تفریحی مانند پارک‌های آبی، مراکز خرید و همچنین گردشگری غذا در مشهد استقبال می‌کنند.

فرقانی در رابطه با تعاملات زبانی گردشگران و زائران خارجی مطرح کرد: هنگامی که ما کشور و شهری گردشگرپذیر تلقی می‌شویم، باید فرهنگ، نشانه‌ها و زبان ما به‌گونه‎ای باشد که برای گردشگران و زائران قابل فهم باشد و برای حصول این امر لازم است تا تبلیغات لازم دراین خصوص را در داخل و خارج از کشور و به زبان‌های انگلیسی و عربی انجام دهیم.

وی گفت: هم‌اکنون مشهد تا حدی تنها محدود به بحث غذا و پارک‌های آبی شده است که با توجه به وجود ظرفیت‌های گسترده گردشگری در مشهد، اقدامات و ایده‌‌های جدیدی مانند برپایی نمایشگاه مشهد دوست‌داشتنی می‌تواند منجر به ساماندهی و ارتقای این وضعیت شود.
