پیش بینی تولید 260 تن زعفران خشک در خراسان رضوی
رئیس سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی گفت: 82 هزار هکتار مزرعه در این استان امسال زیرکشت زعفران رفته و با میانگین برداشت 3.8 تن در هکتار پیش بینی ما برای تولید در پایان فصل برداشت 250 تا 260 تن زعفران خشک است.
مجتبی مزروعی که به تربت حیدریه سفر کرده افزود: پارسال بخاطر برودت هوا و سرمازدگی تولید زعفران افت کرد اما اگر امسال این اتفاق تکرار نشود دلیلی بر کاهش میزان تولید وجود ندارد.
وی ادامه داد: سازمان تعاون روستایی نیز برای مهار بازار و پیشگیری از کاهش نرخ زعفران از قیمت کف آن به موقع وارد عمل خواهد شد. هر چند جلوی مخاطرات ناشی از شرایط جوی را نمی‌شود گرفت اما به منظور پیشگیری از ضرر و زیان ناشی از عرضه و تقاضا تمهیدات لازم با کمک سازمان تعاون روستایی اتخاذ می‌شود تا مانع کاهش قیمت زعفران از قیمت کف بازار شویم.
مدیر جهاد کشاورزی تربت حیدریه نیز سطح زیر کشت زعفران را در این منطقه هشت هزار و 700 هکتار و میانگین برداشت را 4.2 کیلوگرم زعفران خشک در هکتار ذکر و بیان کرد: پیش بینی می‌شود 35 تن زعفران از این سطح برداشت شود.
محمدرضا عباسپور افزود: البته به دلیل برودت و سرمازدگی آذر پارسال و نیز کاهش بارندگی بهار امسال در منطقه «کدکن» و «رخ» کاهش 20 درصدی تولید پیش بینی می‌شود.
