سرانه زیر دو متر و کلاسهای بالای 40 نفر در حاشیه مشهد
مدیرکل آموزشوپرورش خراسان رضوی گفت: به دلیل مهاجرتهای بیرویه در حاشیه شهر مشهد با سرانه فضای آموزشی زیر 2 متر و کلاسهای بالای 40 نفره مواجهیم.
قاسمعلی خدابنده در جشن بیستمین سالگرد تاسیس خیرین مدرسهساز خراسان رضوی که صبح امروز در پردیس شهید بهشتی دانشگاه فرهنگیان برگزار شد، افزود: سرانه فضای آموزشی در کشور 5.2 متر و در خراسان رضوی 4.2 دهم متر است که با توجه به حدود یک میلیون و 200 هزار دانشآموز در خراسان رضوی ما نیاز به بیش از یک میلیون و 200 هزار متر مربع فضای آموزشی برای رسیدن به میانگین کشوری داریم که رقم بالایی ست و این 4.2 متر مربع نیز متوازن نیست.
وی با اشاره به رویکرد مهارتآموزی در آموزشوپرورش با توجه به وضع اشتغال در جامعه از خیرین تقاضای همکاری در ساخت و تجهیز کارگاههای هنرستانهای استان کرد.
مدیرکل آموزشوپرورش خراسان رضوی عنوان کرد: در سال گذشته 270 طرح در خراسان رضوی به دست خیرین در حال ساخت است که از این تعداد 175 مدرسه و باقی دارالقرآن، کارگاه یا سایر فضاهای آموزشی لازم است که با این پروژهها با 93 میلیارد تومان هزینه 973 کلاس درس اضافه میشود.
خدابنده تصریح کرد: وقتی کسی کار خیری انجام میدهد ما موظف به تقدیر هستیم. مجمع خیرین استان با بیش از 3500 عضو با رویکرد رویش نیکاندیشان جوان بهدنبال جذب نسل جدیدی از خیرین هستند.
وی با اشاره به حدیثی از معصوم اظهارکرد: پس از مرگ پرونده همه با بسته خواهد شد مگر کسانی که علم، فرزند صالح یا صدقه جاریه از خود به یادگار بگذارند که تا زمانی که آثار آن هست پرونده آنها بسته نخواهد شد. خیرین از خداوند دو نعمت گرفتهاند یکی تمکن مالی و دومی فضل خداوند برای سعادت خرج کردن مال در کار خیر است.
مدیرکل آموزشوپرورش خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: چه کاری بهتر از ساخت مدرسهای که دانشآموزان در آن علم میاموزند، قرآن و اخلاق و…یاد میگیرند و منشا خیر میشوند؛ اینها آیندهسازان این کشور هستند و اگر قرار است کشور توسعه یابد از مسیر آموزشوپرورش خواهد گذشت.
خدابنده ادامه داد: برای آموزش سه عامل بسیار مهم است؛ فضای آموزشی، نیروی انسانی و محتوای آموزشی. درکنار تلاش همکاران ما برای آموزش آیندهسازان، از نظر فضای آموزشی خیرین کمک بسیاری کردهاند. درحالی که در کشور حدود 30 درصد مدارس خیرساز هستند در خراسان رضوی این آمار به مرز 40 درصد رسیده است.
محمدرحیم نوروزیان، معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استاندار خراسان رضوی در ادامه مطرح کرد: در ایران از هزاران سال قبل وقف و امور خیر سایر و جاری بوده است و این در جوهره فرهنگ این ملت وجود دارد و 20 سال است که به برکت حضور مرجه امام هشتم(ع) در مشهد مجمع خیرین مدرسهساز شکل میگیرد.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استاندار خراسان رضوی علت کاهش کمکها به ساخت مدرسه در استان را تنوع حوزههای خیرین دانست و اضافه کرد: در کنار وضع اقتصادی فکر میکنم ورود موفق خیرین به حوزههای مختلف باعث این اتفاق شده باشد.
نوروزیان خاطرنشان کرد: طبق تبصره پنج قانون بودجه مجلس دولت را مکلف کرده که 10 هزار میلیارد ریال اوراق اسلامی جهت تکمیل و تجهیز فضاهای آموزشی منتشر کند که امیدوارم با پیگیری مسئولان سهم استان از این مبلغ را دریافت کنیم.
وی با استقبال از رویکرد جدید مجمع حضور پررنگ بانوان و جوانان در مجمع را مایه خوشحالی دانست.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استاندار خراسان رضوی تصریح کرد: ما هم در کیفیت و هم کمیت فضاهای آموزشی بویژه برای استقرار پایه دوازدهم مشکل داریم.
