نماینده سبزوار بر نقش نظارتی مجلس در مصوبات قانونیاش تاکید کرد
عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس شورای اسلامی درباره نقش نظارتی مجلس در رابطه با فعالیت دفاتر و مصوبه قانونی مربوطه گفت: مجلس شورای اسلامی هم چنان وظیفه نظارتی در رابطه با مصوبات قانونی خود را به عهده دارد و در مورد فعالیت دفاتر پیشخوان خدمات دولت نیز به همین گونه است.
رمضانعلی سبحانی فر اظهار کرد: وظیفه نظارتی بر فعالیت دفاتر پیشخوان خدمات دولت برابر قانونی که مصوبه مجلس است در حال حاضر به عهده سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی در وزارت ارتباطات و فناوری اطلاعات است و این سازمان در حال حاضر مسوول دفاتر پیشخوان است بنابراین وظیفه دارد برنامه ها و تمهیداتی بیاندیشد تا کلیه خدمات دستگاهها و وزارتخانه ها به دفاتر پیشخوان خدمات دولت برای واگذاری به مردم داده شود.
وی افزود: یکی از مهم ترین موضوعاتی که باید به آن توجه شود این است که آموزش های لازم و کافی به دفاتر برای ارائه خدمات داده شود و پس از آن مجوز مربوطه برای دفاتر صادر شود که در حال حاضرنیز به همین گونه است و لازم است در این زمینه نیز توجه بیشتری صورت گیرد.
سبحانی فر تاکید کرد: کار واگذاری خدمات به دفاتر باید با سرعت بیشتری انجام شود و با توجه به بحث ضرورت توسعه دولت الکترونیک در برنامه ششم توسعه باید هر چه زودتر خدمات از طریق الکترونیکی و دفاتر پیشخوان خدمات دولت به مردم داده شود.
عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس شورای اسلامی درباره نقش نظارتی مجلس در این زمینه نیز توضیح داد: مجلس شورای اسلامی هم چنان وظیفه نظارتی را در زمینه مصوبات قانونی بر عهده دارد و در رابطه با فعالیت دفاتر نیز به همین گونه است؛ ما تاکیدات لازم را در این رابطه به دستگاههای مربوطه داده و پی گیری های لازم نیز انجام می شود.
