رییس اداره میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری سبزوار گفت: من به عنوان رئیس اداره میراث فرهنگی که با آمار و ارقام سروکار دارم از میزان اشغال این واحدهای اقامتی رضایت دارم، اما به عنوان فعال حوزه میراث فرهنگی و گردشگری و با توجه به همه پتانسیلهایی که در شهرستان وجود دارد از وضعیت اشغال این واحدها هنوز رضایت ندارم.
محمودرضا سلیمانی در خصوص برخی موانعی که پیش روی سرمایهگذران برای ایجاد اقامتهای بومگردی قرار دارد، عنوان کرد: در واقع ما نیز به هر سرمایهگذاری نمیتوانیم اعتماد کنیم، باید امنیت اخلاقی و نیز امنیت جانی گردشگر تامین شود و به مخاطره نیفتد، نمیتوان گردشگر را در منزلی اقامت داد که ممکن است با یک باران سقف آن بریزد. در ایجاد این مراکز باید نظر سازمان منابع طبیعی، جهادکشاورزی، محیطزیست و … مثبت باشد.
وی با اشاره به اینکه ایجاد اقامتگاه بومگردی در روستای استاج در برنامه سازمان میراث فرهنگی قرار دارد، یادآور شد: دو درخواست برای ایجاد اقامتگاه سنتی توسط یک گروه علاقهمند وجود دارد، با توجه به بحث اکوتوریسم به دنبال این هستیم که یک کار ویژه در این مراکز بوماقامتی صورت گیرد.
سلیمانی افزود: ایجاد دو اقامتگاه سنتی در دستور کار قرار دارد که در سال 97 ایجاد خواهد شد، ضمن اینکه سه اقامتگاه بومگردی در سال 95 در روستای زعفرانیه، مزینان و طبس به بهرهبرداری رسیدند.
رییس اداره میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری سبزوار در خصوص توسعه مراکز اقامتی در سبزوار تصریح کرد: نباید اول به دنبال زیرساختها بود و بعد به دنبال جذب گردشگر باشیم، بلکه باید ابتدا دید که این منطقه به طور واقعی پذیرای گردشگر است یا خیر، ایجاد مراکز اقامتی نیز باید پس از ورود گردشگر صورت گیرد.
وی با اشاره به فعالیت دو هتل در سبزوار خاطرنشان کرد: شاخصههای گردشگری در این شهرستان روبه رشد است، استقبال گردشگران به اقامت در این هتلها را اگر با چهار سال پیش مقایسه کنیم ارتقای قابل توجهای را مشاهده خواهیم کرد.
سلیمانی یادآور شد: گردشگری از جمله مسائل و مصادیق فرهنگی جامعه است و همانطور که فعالیتهای فرهنگی را نمیتوان به سرعت فعالیتهای صنعتی راهاندازی کرد، گردشگری نیز پیچ و خمهای خود را دارد زیرا با بعد کلان انسانی در آن مواجه هستیم.
