تعلیق تحریمها به خاطر فرار آمریکا از انزوا بود

جلیل رحیمی جهانآبادی درخصوص تمدید ادامه تعلیق تحریمهای هستهای و اظهارات رئیسجمهور آمریکا درباره توافق مکمل برجام و طرح شروط چهارگانه طی مذاکرات جدید افزود: تمدید تعلیق تحریمهای هستهای انجام گرفت؛اما رئیس جمهور آمریکا به دنبال انعقاد شروطی برای محدودیت در حوزه موشکی ایران است،از این رو به دنبال ایجاد پیوند بین برجام و موضوعات چالش برانگیز ایران است.
نماینده تربت جام، تایباد و باخرز در مجلس شورای اسلامی ترامپ خواهان ایجاد ارتباط بین برجام و موضوعهای داخلی جمهوری اسلامی است، تصریح کرد: براساس قوانین بینالمللی ازجمله مفاد منشور سازمان ملل متحد،هیچ دولت مستقلی حق دخالت درامور دفاعی یا شیوههای حکومتی سایر کشورها را ندارد؛کما اینکه حوزه موشکی،دفاعی و حقوق بشر در سطح بینالملل از قوانین خاص خود برخوردار هستند.
شورای حقوق بشر مرجع ذیصلاح بررسی نقض این حقوق در هر کشوری است
وی افزود:ترامپ قطعا مقام ذیصلاح بینالمللی برای بررسی نقض حقوق بشر در کشورها نیست،شورای حقوق بشر این صلاحیت را داراست که طبق مکانیزم شورای حقوق بشر،گزارشگران آن درهر کشوری به مطالعه و بررسی امور میپردازند لذا موارد نقض گزارش و شورای حقوق بشر یا سازمان ملل متحد وارد گفتوگو میشود.
شروط چهارگانه ترامپ خلاف موازین بینالمللی و مفاد برجام
رحیمی جهان آبادی با تاکید براینکه آمریکا قاضی جهان یا کلانتر نیست که بتواند کشوری را به نقض حقوق بشر متهم کند، گفت: آمریکا نه تنها در لیست ناقضان حقوق بشر است؛بلکه از دستاوردهای اتمی اسرائیل حمایت کرده، از این رو سبب فلج شدن سازمان ملل و ضعف تصمیمگیری درباره اقدامات دولت رژیم صهیونیستی شده است،بنابراین شروط ترامپ خلاف موازین بینالمللی و مفاد برجام است.
موافقت ترامپ با تعلیق تحریمهای هستهای از سر ضعف و فرار از انزوا
عضو هیات رئیسه کمیسیون قضایی و حقوقی مجلس شورای اسلامی، ادامه داد: ترامپ با نحوه تصمیمگیری خود نشان داد که در موقعیت ضعف و انزوا قرار گرفته و به همین جهت با ادامه تعلیق تحریمهای هستهای موافقت کرد.
به گزارش خبرگزاری خانهملت، ترامپ با صدور فرمانی اعلام کرد که تعلیق تحریمها علیه ایران در ارتباط با برجام را برای یک دوره زمانی دیگر تمدید کرد.همچنین4 شرط را برای تمدید تعلیق تحریمها در سه ماه آینده مطرح کرده است:دائمی بودن محدودیتهای هسته ای ایران، تضمین عدم حرکت ایران به سمت سلاح هستهای، دسترسی فوری بازرسان آژانس اتمی به همه سایتهای ایران و عدم تفکیک بین برنامه موشکی و هستهای ایران به گونهای که فعالیتهای موشکی ایران، مستوجب تحریمهای شدیدتر باشد.
