رییس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد مقدس از تشکیل کمیسیون مشترک برای حل مشکلات طرح اطراف حرم مطهر رضوی خبر داد.
محمدهادی مهدینیا در حاشیه پاسخگویی به تماسهای مردمی در مرکز 137، افزود: یکی از مواردی که به صورت ویژه در حال پیگیری است بهرهبرداری از ادامه خط 2 قطار شهری تا میدان شریعتی است.
وی اظهار کرد: بخشی از آمادگی برای این مهم وجود داشت اما به دلیل رعایت برخی کدهای امنیتی و ایمنی در این پروژه، کار به تاخیر افتاد، ما از مجموعه بهرهبرداری قطار شهری مشهد خواستیم تا زمانی که تمامی استانداردهای لازم در این پروژه تکمیل نشده است بهرهبرداری از این فاز خط 2 قطار شهری در راستای سلامت شهروندان صورت نگیرد.
رییس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد مقدس با اشاره به اینکه زمان بهرهبرداری به زودی اعلام خواهد شد، خاطرنشان کرد: عملیات احداث خط 3 قطار شهری نیز در حال انجام است. برای محل تلاقی ایستگاه پایانی خط 3 قطار شهری با ایستگاه راه آهن شمال نیز در کمیسیون ماده 5 در حال پیگیری بوده تا تعیین تکلیف گردد. این مهم به دلیل برخی ابهامات کارشناسی به تاخیر افتاده است که قرار شد ظرف یک بازه زمانی 10 روزه تعیین گردد.
مهدینیا تصریح کرد: تیبیام خط 3 قطار شهری از نقاط بحرانی و حساس عبور کرده است و مشکلی در روند کار وجود ندارد.
وی در مورد طرح جامع نیز عنوان کرد: چندین جلسه تاکنون در این مورد برگزار شده است که طی چند روز آینده ابلاغ آن در مجموعه شهرداری برای اجرا، انجام خواهد شد.
رییس کمیسیون عمران و شهرسازی شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد مقدس افزود: این طرح قبلا توسط استانداری به شهرداری ابلاغ شده بود که باید توسط دفتر شهردار نیز برای اجرا به زیر مجموعه ابلاغ گردد.
مهدینیا بیان کرد: هنوز مشکلات طرح جامع در مورد عدم وجود مشاور، حریم شهر و پهنههای بلندمرتبهسازی وجود دارد که باید حل این موضوعات در راه و شهرسازی صورت گیرد. تعاملاتی برای رفع این نقیصهها در حال انجام است تا با حضور یک مشاور قوی و هوشمند، پویایی طرح محقق شود.
وی گفت: در مورد طرح اطراف حرم مطهر نیز جلسه کارشناسی اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر با معاون وزارت راه و شهرسازی برگزار شد که مقرر گردید کمیسیون مشترکی بین وزارت راه و شهرسازی، دبیرخانه شورای عالی معماری و شهرسازی و شورای اسلامی شهر برگزار شود .
عضو شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد تصریح کرد: به زودی نمایندگان شورا برای عضویت در این کمیسیون نیز معرفی میشوند تا با برگزاری جلسات مشترک، ابعاد مختلف طرح اطراف حرم مطهر مورد بررسی بیشتر قرار گیرد تا نه حقوقی از مردم و شهر ضایع شود و نه حق سرمایهگذاران این محدوده مورد بیتوجهی قرار گیرد.
