به گزارش صبح امروز به نقل از خبرگزاری بازار در اردیبهشت ماه سال جاری در پی توقف نماد واحیا و افشای اطلاعات این نماد بخاطر صدور حکم به محکومیت بیش از ۱۵۰۰ میلیارد تومان شرکت احیا سپاهان در حق گروه معادن یحیایی در فضای مجازی و به خصوص در بین سهامداران واحیا ایجاد نگرانی و در فضای مجازی نظرات مختلفی عنوان شد و این موضوع باعث شد جزئیات را از گروه معادن یحیایی و مصاحبه با مدیر روابط عمومی گروه معادن یحیایی پیگیری کنیم.

بخاطر صدور حکم به محکومیت بیش از ۱۵۰۰ میلیارد تومان شرکت احیا سپاهان در حق گروه معادن آتبین یحیایی، منجر به نگرانی سهامداران واحیا شده است.

حسینی مدیر روابط عمومی گروه معادن یحیایی گفت:گروه معادن یحیایی طبق قرارداد مشخص پیمانکاری طی دو سال اقدام به همکاری و پیمان در معادن شرکت احیا سپاهان در محدوده سنگان کرده است که پس از اتمام قرارداد و انجام وظایف پیمانکار در تسویه حساب نهایی با مشکلاتی روبرو شدیم که متاسفانه ادعای شرکت مقابل غیر قابل درک و هضم بود و با طرح ادعاهای بی اساس من جمله ادعای مضحک جعل قرارداد و رسیدگی در محاکم ذیصلاح که مطابق آرای قطعی رد این مورد قطعی شد، سعی بر ایجاد ایراد در قرارداد شد.

وی افزود: با توجه به اتمام قراداد پس از حدود دو سال و باتوجه به این موضوع که این نوع قراردادها قطعا توسط هیئت مدیره تصمیم گیری و با نظر مدیران ارشد و با حسابرسی دقیق انجام می‌پذیرد و در این نوع حسینی گفت:با توجه به عدم نتیجه گیری در جلسات، حل مشکل را به مراجع قضایی سپردیم که قطعا تصمیم و حکم دادگاه ذیصلاح مورد احترام طرفین است.شرکت‌ها کوچکترین فعالیتی ثبت و با نظارت چند مرحله ای امکان پذیر است، موارد مورد ادعای شرکت احیا غیر ممکن و غیر منطقی است.

حسینی افزود: برداشت از بوجود آمدن این مسائل، مشکلات داخلی شرکت و تاخیر در پرداخت بدهی سنگین با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی موجود است که البته این گروه ضمن آرزوی حل مشکلات فی مابین، همچنان روابط سابق دو شرکت را محترم شمرده و با توجه به عدم نتیجه گیری در جلسات، حل مشکل را به مراجع قضایی سپردیم که قطعا تصمیم و حکم دادگاه ذیصلاح مورد احترام طرفین است.

حسینی تاکید کرد: همچنین دلیل مراجعه شرکت ما به مراجع قضایی، بخاطر بدهی به پیمانکاران جزئی و پرداخت حقوق هزاران نیرو می‌باشد که در قرارداد این دو شرکت فعالیت نموده اند و عدم تسویه حساب نهایی باعث مشکلات عدیده برای این شرکت و منطقه مرزی سنگان شده است و این مبلغ حق الناس صدها پیمانکار و نیرو است. مدیران شرکت احیا ضمن اتخاذ تصمیمات درست و ضمن پرداخت این بدهی و نگاه به مشکلات و شرایط شرکت و منطقه باعث تسویه حقوق پیمانکاران و کارگران منطقه شده تا انشالله بابی برای همکاری‌های احتمالی آتی باز بماند و از ضررهای احتمالی مردم اعم از سهامداران و پیمانکاران و کارگران بخاطر تاخیر در پرداخت و موج سواری های منفی جلوگیری شود.
