طالبان و آزمون سخت مقابله با داعش

به گفته سخنگوی اسبق وزارت خارجه و کارشناس مسائل سیاست خارجی، حمله تروریستی و جنایت‌بار اخیر داعش، طالبان را در معرض آزمونی بزرگ قرار داده است. چراکه طالبان باید نشان دهد که چه‌قدر توانایی برقراری امنیت در افغانستان را دارد و آیا اصلا می‌تواند جلوی حملات تروریستی علیه شیعیان را بگیرد یا خیر؟

به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از مثلث‌آنلاین، حمله داعش به مسجدی در شهر قندوز واقع در شمال شرقی افغانستان این پرسش مهم را به وجود می‌آورد که آینده افغانستان با وجود حکومت طالبان چه خواهد شد؟ آیا در آینده، این کشور جولانگاه گروه‌های تروریستی مانند داعش می‌شود یا آنکه طالبان هم عزم برقراری امنیت در افغانستان را توان آن را خواهد داشت؟

رامین مهمان‌پرست، سخنگوی اسبق وزارت خارجه و کارشناس مسائل سیاست خارجی درباره وضعیت کنونی افغانستان باتوجه به حمله تروریستی اخیر داعش در این کشور گفت: «بحث افغانستان همواره برای ایران اهمیت استراتژیک داشته و دارد زیرا این کشور همسایه مهم شرقی ماست؛ از این‌رو تحولاتی که در افغانستان رخ می‌دهد، موجب نگرانی ایران است. طالبان با حضورش در افغانستان یک‌سری مسئولیت‌ها و تعهدات را پذیرفته است؛ آنکه باید جلوی ناامنی و تندروی گرفته شود و دولتی فراگیر به وجود آید که همه جریان‌ها و قومیت‌ها در آن جای داشته باشند».

او درباره حمله اخیر داعش بیان کرد: «حمله تروریستی و جنایت‌بار اخیر داعش، طالبان را در معرض آزمونی بزرگ قرار داده است. طالبان باید نشان دهد که چه‌قدر توانایی برقراری امنیت در افغانستان را دارد و می‌تواند جلوی حملات تروریستی علیه شیعیان را بگیرد یا خیر؟»

او ادامه داد: «همه آنچه در افغانستان در حال وقع است، زیر ذره‌بین تمام کشورها قرار دارد و اگر حضور داعش و اقدامات تروریستی این گروه جنایتکار در افغانستان ادامه داشته باشد، تصویری سراسر منفی از مدیریت طالبان در جهان منعکس می‌شود؛ بنابراین اکنون طالبان در معرض آزمونی بزرگ قرار دارد».

این تحلیلگر مسائل سیاست خارجی در پاسخ به این پرسش که آیا ناامنی در منطقه از غرب ایران به شرق ایران در حال انتقال است، اظهار کرد: «اتفاقات شرق و شمال غرب ایران در همزمانی با نزدیک‌شدن به مذاکرات ایران با کشورهای غربی در وین، این شائبه را به وجود می‌آورد که شاید تلاش‌هایی در کار است تا مرزهای ایران ناامن شوند و ابزاری برای اِعمال فشار بر ایران در دست غربی‌ها قرار گیرد. جمهوری اسلامی نظامی مقتدر است که حتما اجازه نمی‌دهد ناامنی‌ها به داخل مرزهای ایران کشیده شود اما در عین حال باید حواسمان باشد که از قدرت نظامی و دیپلماسی برای مهار حربه‌های غربی‌ها به صورت همزمان استفاده کنیم؛ از طرفی ضرورت دارد که همکاری‌های مثبتی با همسایگان داشته باشیم تا با توسعه ارتباطاتمان بتوانیم منطقه را به نفع خود کنیم.»
