دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب ناحیه 7 مشهد به مطالبه شهروندان واکنش نشان داد:
گود پرحاشیه امیریه زیر ذربین دستگاه قضا
الزام مقصران گودبرداری پرحاشیه بلوار امیریه به اسکان موقت آسیب دیدگان و رفع خطر از محل
در پی استمداد شهروندان از دستگاه قضایی و دستور دادستان محترم مرکز استان ، سرپرست ناحیه ۷ دادسرای عمومی و انقلاب مرکز استان خراسان رضوی (ویژه فضای مجازی و شهرسازی)در بازدید از گودبرداری پرحاشیه امیریه ۳۱ شهر مشهد ضمن بررسی مشکلات ساکنان چند بلوک از مجتمع های مسکونی امام رضا(ع) دستور اسکان موقت آسیب دیدگان و توقف بخشی از پروژه گودبرداری شده مجاور این محل را تا ایمن سازی نهایی صادر کرد.
به گزارش صبح امروز، بر این اساس و در پی انتشار اخباری در رسانه ها مبنی بر انجام گودبرداری برای ساخت یک مجموعه مسکونی و ایراد خساراتی به ساکنان مقیم در بلوک‌های ۶و۷و۱۵ مجتمع مسکونی امام رضا(ع) که در مجاورت این مکان قرار دارد، قاضی فرزاد بهشتی توندری سرپرست ناحیه ۷ دادسرای مرکز استان(ویژه فضای مجازی و شهرسازی) گفت: نهم خردادماه ۱۴۰۰ نظر به دستور دادستان محترم در بازدیدی که به همراه شهردار منطقه ۱۲ مشهد، کارشناسان ارشد نظام مهندسی ساختمان خراسان رضوی و تنی چند از معاونان و مسئولان سازمان آتش نشانی شهر مشهد انجام شد، ضمن بازدید از این پروژه (گودبرداری ) پرحاشیه و بررسی مشکلات و گفتگوی مستقیم با شهروندان آسیب دیده ،دستوراتی را با قید فوریت برای کاهش خسارات به ساکنان بلوک های آسیب دیده خطاب به متولیان مربوطه صادر شد.
این گزارش می افزاید: در پی گودبرداری انجام شده و ایراد خسارت شامل ترک های خطر آفرین در چندین بلوک مسکونی مجاور این محل و درخواست شهروندان از سازمان آتش نشانی برای بازدید از این محل ،سازمان آتش نشانی طی هفته گذشته پس از بررسی های اولیه خطرآفرین بودن اقامت در این بلوک ها را به ساکنان اعلام و ضمن هماهنگی با پلیس ساختمان شهرداری به مسئولان این پروژه(گودبرداری) توصیه های ایمنی لازم را ارائه دادند که بنا به گزارشات واصله به دستگاه قضایی مالکان گودبرداری پس از گذشت چند روز از این اتفاق، اقدام موثری را برای رفع خطر از این مکان و کاهش گرفتاری شهروندان آسیب دیده انجام نداده بودند که در بازدید امروز مقام قضایی دستوراتی به شرح ذیل صادر کرد:
در گام نخست تا رفع خطر ، ساکنین بلوک های مجاور گودبرداری ریزش کرده با هزینه مالک گود در محل مناسب اسکان یابند و مهندسین طراح براساس وضعیت جدید، طرح پایدار سازی گودبرداری را با قید فوریت ارایه دهند. همچنین مهندس ناظر و کارفرما ضمن انجام پایدار سازی گود بر روند کار نظارت مستقیم داشته و شهرداری منطقه موظف گردید نسبت به توقف عملیات ساختمانی و پلمپ کارگاه ، جز در بخش ریزش و در راستای ایمن سازی گودبرداری اقدام نماید و مالکین هم ناظر بر اجرای مصوبات گردیدند و مقرر گردید یک نفر بعنوان نماینده به صورت هفتگی گزارش پیشرفت کار را به دستگاه قضایی ارایه دهد.
این مقام قضایی با تشکر از اقدام به موقع و موثر آتش نشانی در بازدید و ارائه توصیه های ایمنی لازم به ساکنان بلوک های آسیب دیده در همان روزهای نخست حادثه، هرگونه قصور ، تقصیر و ایراد خسارت مالی و جانی به شهروندان را بر عهده مالکان محل گودبرداری شده دانست و همراهی و سعه صدر آسیب دیدگان برای عبور از وضعیت کنونی را خواستار شد و ضمن حمایت از ساکنانی که منازل آنها در معرض خطر تخریب قرار دارد، اطمینان داد،دستگاه قضایی تا حصول نتیجه و برطرف شدن گرفتاری به وجود آمده برای آنان در کنار شهروندان آسیب دیده خواهد بود.
شایان ذکر است طی چند روز گذشته در پی ریزش بخشی از یک پروژه گودبرداری شده دربولوار امیریه در منطقه الهیه مشهد ساکنان این منازل با توجه به خطر آفرین بودن سکونت در این مجتمع ها مجبور به ترک منازل خود شده بودند.
