در گفتوگوی کارشناس پیشگیری ایدز با روزنامه صبح امروز مطرح شد:
درمان تنها راه پیشگیری از انتقال HIV

من یک روزنامهنگارم؛ مدتی بود بدنم در برابر ویروسها به شدت ضعیف بود و مدام به انواع بیماریهای ویروسی مبتلا میشدم تا اینکه برای اهدای خون به یکی از مراکز انتقال خون رفته و پس از انجام مصاحبه و ازمایشات لازم به اتاق اهدای خون رفتم.
هنوز به محل کار نرسیده بودم که از مرکز با من تماس گرفته و از من خواستند در اولین فرصت خیلی فوری مجدد به مرکز برم،منم که حسابی استرس گرفته بودم مجدد راه رفته را برگشته تا از علت این تماس و این همه فوریت باخبر شوم.
پس از شنیدن حرفهای دکتر و پرسشهای او حالم بد بود و حسابی گیج بودم یعنی چی؟ مگر ممکنه؟ نه اصلا به هیچ وجه این غیر ممکنه من که هیچ رابطه جنسی نداشتم چطور ممکنه بهHIV مبتلا شده باشم.
یعنی علت تمام ضعف و کموزنی من این ویروس بود.
به دکتر تمام حرفها را زدم و منتظر یک معجزه بودم که دکتر بگوید اشتباه شده اما با پرسیدن این سوال تمام اون شکها به واقعیت تبدیل شد”طی چند ماه و سال اخیر تتویی روی بدنت انجام ندادی؟”
همین سوال کافی بود تا آروم و بی حرکت بنشینم و اون روز را به یاد بیارم.
به من گفتند اگر هنگام تتو فردی که این عمل را انجام میدهد ظرف رنگدانههارا استریل نکند ممکن است فردی مبتلا به این ویروس بوده و از آنجا که خون در رنگ مدت زمان بیشتری زنده میماند پس احتمال انتقال این ویروس از این راه به شدت بالا است.
من را به ستاد بیماریهای واگیردار استان معرفی کردند پس از ورود به انجا به دنبال کارشناس بیماریهای واگیردار رفته تا از این بیماری اطلاعات بیشتری بهدست بیارم بیماری که شاید درد بدنامی آن بدتر از درد جسمی و روحی آن باشد.
ایدز درمان دارد
ابتدای این مصاحبه کارشناس بیماریهای واگیردار در استان گفتوگوی خود را با انتقال خبر خوب که این ویروس درمان دارد آغاز کرده و میگوید: بهتر است بهجای استفاده از کلمه ایدز به خاطر بار منفی که از ابتدا به اشتباه با آن همراه شده از کلمه HIV استفاده کنیم.
علی محمد حسینپور در مصاحبه با خبرنگار این رسانه پیرامون ویروس HIV میافزاید: این بیماری یک ویروس کنداثر است به این معنا که زمان زیادی زمان میبرد تا این ویروس تاثیر خود را بر بدن فرد بگذارد.
انگزدایی از ایدز
وی تصریح میکند: این ویروس تنها از سهراه “خون، رابطه جنسی، شیردهی مادر به فرزند” به دیگران منتقل شده و به غیر از این ۳ راه هیچ راه ردیگری برای انتقال این ویروس به دیگران وجود ندارد.
حسینیپور ابراز میکند: ویروسHIV از طریق تنفسی و گوارشی و لمسی نیز منتقل نشده و این ویروس یا باید وارد خون شده یا وارد ناحیه جنسی شده و یا از مادر به فرزند در دوران شیردهی منتقل شود.
انتقال از مادر به فرزند
وی در خصوص انتقال بیماری از مادر به فرزند در دوران بارداری توضیح میدهد: احتمال انتقال ویروس HIV از مادر به فرزند در دوران بارداری بسیار پایین بوده و تنها راه انتقال در زمان شیردهی و یا هنگام زایمان اگر ترشحات بدن مادر وارد بدن نوزاد شود این بیماری به کودک او نیز منتقل شده اما در صورتی که پزشکان قبل از اقدام به سزارین از بیماری مادر مطلع باشند میتوانند کودک را بدون خطر و سالم به دنیا بیاورند.
خاموشی ۱۰ ساله
حسینپور اذعان میکند: این ویروس هنگامی که به بدن فرد منتقل میشود ممکن است در چند ماه اول یکسری علایمی را از خود نشان دهد؛ علائمی که مختص این بیماری نبوده و اگر در رسانههای جمعی این علایم باز نشر شود ممکن است که سبب وسواس فکری افراد شود و باعث نگرانی در بین عامه مردم شود و تشخیص این بیماری تنها توسط پزشک صورت میگیرد چرا که علایم این بیماری غیراختصاصی است.
علائم اختصاصی ندارد
وی تبیین میکند: پس این ویروس در ابتدا علامتهایی را از خود در بدن فرد نشان داده اما دیگر تا ۱۰ سال این بیماری هیچ علامتی ندارد و به زندگی عادی خود ادامه میدهد البته گاهی ممکن است بدن واکنشهایی را از خود نشان دهد به طور مثال ممکن است که در صورت ابتلا به عفونت،مدت زمان بهبودی افزایش پیدا کرده و یا دهان او به طور مکرر دچار برفک شده و یا به انواع قارچهای عفونی دچار شود.
حسینپور تاکید کرد: این بیماری درمان دارد و اگر فرد به طور مداوم داروی خود را ادامه دهد به عمر طبیعی زندگی کرده و دیگر منتقل کننده این ویروس به فرد دیگری نیست پس در این بیماری و ویروس تنها راه پیشگیری درمان HIV است.
رابطه جنسی در چارچوب شرعی
وی در خصوص مبتلایان مشهدی به این ویروس توضیح میدهد: بیشترین افرادی که در سطح استان و مشهد به این ویروس مبتلا شده از راه جنسی در چارچوب شرعی و قانونی بوده پس بهتر است که این تفکر که مبتلایان به ایدز افراد خاطی و گنهکاری هستند تغییر کرده تا این افراد بتوانند به مانند دیگر افراد بدون طرد شدن در جامعه زندگی کنند و بتوانند بدون هیچ ترسی این بیماری را با پزشک و جامعه در میان بگذارند چرا که تنها در این صورت است که میتوان از انتقال این بیماری پیشگیری کرد.
وی خاطر نشان کرد: تمام معتادین سطح مشهد در خصوص این ویروس آگاهی کامل داشته و از راههای انتقال این بیماری به خوبی مطلع هستند و به همین دلیل از سرنگهای یکبار مصرف و استریل استفاده کرده و بهداشت را در این خصوص رعایت میکنند.
