تقدم آموزش بر استعداد در تئاتر
یک مدرس تئاتر گفت: آموزش، رکن اصلی هنر تئاتر است و طبیعتا تا آموزش وجود نداشته باشد، استعداد هم معنا ندارد.
محمد الهی در خصوص میزان تاثیر آموزش تئاتر بر هنرمندان عرصه تئاتر اظهار کرد: آموزش، رکن اصلی کار ماست و به نوعی میتوان گفت که آموزش در کنار تجربه اهمیت پیدا میکند و این دو تکمیلکننده یکدیگر هستند و مسلما استعداد به تنهایی کافی نیست، بلکه باید در کنار آموزش قرار گیرد.
وی ادامه داد: ما خیلی از بازیگرانی را داریم که استعداد این کار را دارند ولی نمیدانند که چگونه باید از این استعداد بهرهمند شوند و متاسفانه خیلی از افراد هم هستند که با امر آموزش کاری ندارند و صرفا به تجربه خود تکیه کردهاند و این باعث میشود که در کار خود موفق نشوند.
این مدرس تئاتر تصریح کرد: هنر تئاتر و سینما باید بهروز باشد؛ یعنی هنرمندان این عرصه باید مطالعات خود را افزایش دهند تا بتوانند در این زمینه رشد کنند و علت اصلی اهمیت آموزش در کار ما نیز همین است که متاسفانه اکنون نقش آن بسیار کمرنگ شده است.
الهی با اشاره به اینکه اکنون آموزش تئاتر در جامعه ما به رسمیت شناخته نمیشود، خاطرنشان کرد: در اصل آموزش، لایه زیرین کار است و از آنجا که ما تمام واقعیتهای روز را برای مردم عنوان میکنیم، طبیعتا یک گام از جامعه جلوتر هستیم و باید جامعه خود را شناخته باشیم؛ در حالی که جامعه متوجه این آموزش نمیشود و خود هنرمند باید شور این کار را داشته باشد.
وی عنوان کرد: متاسفانه اکنون هنرمندان خیلی زود به صحنه و تلویزیون راه پیدا میکنند و به همینخاطر شور اینکه بخواهند مطالعهای داشته باشند را ندارند، چون زود به خواسته خود میرسند و آنجاست که احساس میکنند نیازی به آموزش ندارند و گمان میکنند آموزش همین روی صحنه رفتن، سوت کشیدن و کف زدن است و نمیدانند که در آینده این مسائل سد راه آنها خواهد شد.
این مدرس تئاتر با بیان اینکه در مشهد آموزش بهخصوصی در زمینه تئاتر صورت نمیگیرد، افزود: عدالت، در زمینه آموزش تئاتر در نقاط مختلف کشور رعایت نمیشود و تمرکز این آموزش در تهران است که البته در تهران هم آموزش مگر در بعضی از اماکن بهخصوص زیاد موفق به نظر نمیرسد و همه از این مسئله سواستفاده میکنند.
الهی با اشاره به اینکه از اساتید این حرفه حمایتی صورت نمیگیرد، اضافه کرد: گاهی به دلیل اینکه هنرمندان در تنگنای مالی هستند، از هنر آنها سواستفاده میشود که این مسائل هم با سخنرانی و صحبت کردن و درج در روزنامهها حل نمیشود، چون این کار از پایه و اساس دارای مشکل است و از ریشه باید درست شود.
وی با تاکید بر اینکه هنر تئاتر، غذای روح انسان است، اظهار کرد: نهادها در این زمینه میتوانند کمک کنند و اینکه ارگانها باید خطقرمزها را کنار بگذارند؛ چون مردم میخواهند با واقعیتها زندگی کنند و کارهای سفارشی را نمیپسندند و به نظر من باید حمایت بیچون وچرا در این حوزه انجام شود؛ بدون اینکه نام ارگان یا نهاد خاصی آورده شود که در این صورت بنده فکر میکنم مشکل حل شود.
