خراسان رضوی استان برتر در «بهبود فضای کار»
مدیرکل دفتر امور اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: در چارچوب اجرای «طرح پایش ملی محیط کسب و کار» از سوی اتاقهای بازرگانی، تعاون و اصناف در سطح کشور این استان سومین استان برتر کشور در بهبود فضای کسب و کار شناخته شده است.
علی رسولیان روز شنبه افزود: این ارزیابی وضعیت استانها را در بهار امسال نسبت به زمستان پارسال بر مبنای 28 شاخص در حوزه محیط کسب و کار بررسی کرده است.
وی ادامه داد: هر استان به تناسب ظرفیتها و شرایط با تعداد مشخصی از نمونه آماری ارزیابی شد. در این چارچوب وضعیت خراسان رضوی با 289 نمونه و واحد تولیدی و اقتصادی در سه حوزه کشاورزی، صنعتی و خدماتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.
مدیرکل دفتر امور اقتصادی استانداری خراسان رضوی گفت: این استان بعد از تهران و اصفهان بیشترین تعداد نمونههای مورد بررسی را داشت. طی این بررسی که نتایج آن اخیرا منتشر شد از نظر میزان رشد خراسان رضوی بعد از استانهای اردیبل و گلستان بیشترین رشد را در بهبود فضای کسب و کار در کشور طی بهار امسال نسبت به زمستان پارسال داشته است.
وی افزود: در ارزیابی کلی از نظر فضای کسب و کار در سطح کشور نیز خراسان رضوی بعد از گیلان و فارس رتبه سوم بهترین فضای کسب و کار را در کشور کسب کرده است. خراسان رضوی در وضعیت موجود فضای کسب و کار و نیز در میزان رشد بهبود فضای کسب و کار رتبه خوبی دارد.
رسولیان ادامه داد: بر اساس همین ارزیابی دشواری تامین مالی در بانکها و گرههای موجود در فرآیندهای اداری دستگاهها و نهادهای مختلف از جمله موانع موجود درحوزه کسب و کار است.
