افزوده شدن ۱۷۵ هزار نفر به آمار شاغلان استان
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: اواخر تابستان پارسال تا اواخر تابستان امسال شمار شاغلان در این استان از یک میلیون و 955 هزار نفر به 2 میلیون و 130 هزار نفر رسید و در این مدت 175 هزار نفر به جمعیت شاغلان اضافه شد.
علیرضا رشیدیان سه شنبه شب در نشست هیات امنای کانون کارآفرینان خراسان رضوی افزود: بیکاری در این استان نیز بهار امسال 14.3 درصد بود که این رقم اواخر تابستان به 11 درصد رسید و این موفقیت نتیجه تلاش بخش خصوصی و تعامل آن با بخش دولتی است.
وی ادامه داد: یکی از مهمترین دغدغههای مقام معظم رهبری در چند سال اخیر ایجاد اشتغال و رفع بیکاری بوده و دولت معتقد است رفع این دغدغه با فراهم کردن زمینه حضور بخش خصوصی میسر میشود.
استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: یکی از مزیتهای خراسان رضوی وجود بخش خصوصی قدرتمند و فعالی است که تاکنون در عرصه تولید و اشتغال به خوبی پای کار آمده است.
وی به طرحهای بزرگ صنعتی آماده افتتاح در خراسان رضوی نیز اشاره و بیان کرد: با بهره برداری از این طرحها فرصتهای شغلی قابل توجهی ایجاد میشود که خسارت استان در خصوص بخش کشاورزی را جبران میکند.
رشیدیان گفت: پارسال سرمای پاییزی هشت هزار و 600 میلیارد ریال به بخش کشاورزی خسارت وارد کرد و آنفلوآنزای مرغی و سیل نیز بخش کشاورزی خراسان رضوی را متحمل خسارات قابل توجهی نمود.
وی به وجود 120 هزار بیکار به ویژه دانش آموختگان اشاره و بیان کرد: با وجود خسارتهای بخش کشاورزی با تکیه بر طرحهای صنعتی بزرگ و کمک بخش خصوصی در این زمینه امیدواریم تعهد 160 هزار فرصت شغلی برای امسال در خراسان رضوی محقق شود.
استاندار خراسان رضوی افزود: امسال از محل طرح رونق تولید و ثبت نام واحدهای تولیدی در سایت بهین یاب تاکنون کمترین پرداختی را برای خراسان رضوی داشته ایم با این حال فرصتهای شغلی خوبی در 6 ماه گذشته ایجاد شده که ثابت میکند اشتغال فقط به پول وابسته نیست.
وی ادامه داد: کانون کارآفرینان استان نباید فقط خود را به کارهای عملیاتی مشغول سازد بلکه باید با همکاری رسانهها، صاحبان تریبون، دانشگاهها و نهادهای فرهنگی توسعه فرهنگ کار را در همه ردهها مدنظر قرار دهد و در کنار آن دانشگاهها نیز در حین آموزش دانشجو او را برای کارآفرینی آماده کنند.
رشیدیان گفت: کانون کارآفرینان خراسان رضوی باید سند آمایش سرزمینی را به عنوان یک سند بالادستی در اولویت کار خود قرار دهد.
وی ایجاد بانک ایدهها و طرحهای نو در حوزه اشتغال، ایجاد ظرفیت برای صاحبان ایده به منظور توسعه شیوه تولید بدون کارخانه، فعالسازی ظرفیتهای بالقوه و واحدهای تولیدی تعطیل و نیز افزایش مهارت آموزی در بین جوانان را از سوی کانون کارآفرینان خراسان رضوی ضروری دانست.
استاندار خراسان رضوی افزود: کانون کارآفرینان باید مهارتهای فنی و حرفه ای و آموزشهای مرتبط با نیاز بازار کار را در جامعه شناسایی و آنها را ترویج دهد. همچنین کلینک عارضه یابی کارآفرینی با عضویت نمایندگان دستگاههای اجرایی مرتبط برای مشاروه به کارآفرینان به منظور ارائه طرحهای دارای توجیه اقتصادی، مطالعه شده و متناسب با نیاز بازار ایجاد نماید.
مدیرکل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی خراسان رضوی نیز در این نشست گفت: انتخابات برای تعیین اعضای جدید کانون کارآفرینان استان با حضور 42 نفر از مجموع 53 نفری که حق عضویت داشتند برگزار شد و با رای آنها از بین 17 نامزد 6 نفر به عنوان عضو اصلی و 2 نفر به عنوان عضو علی البدل انتخاب شدند.
محمود احمدی افزود: برای ثبت نام در جشنواره تجلیل از کارآفرینان برتر کشور امسال تاکنون 100 نفر ثبت نام کردهاند که اطلاعات 62 نفر بطور کامل ثبت شده است. این جشنواره اواخر امسال برگزار میشود.
وی ادامه داد: پارسال در جشنواره ملی تجلیل از کارآفرینان سهمیه این استان برای معرفی کارآفرینان 9 نفر بود که از این تعداد یک نفر به عنوان کارآفرین برتر ملی معرفی شد.
رئیس کانون کارآفرینان خراسان رضوی نیز در این نشست گفت: فعالیت این کانون عمدتا فراهم کردن زمینههای اشتغال و مهمتر از آن معرفی کارآفرینی به عنوان یک ارزش در جامعه است.
محمدحسین روشنک افزود: باید بسترهای اشتغالزا در استان شناسایی و کارآفرینی در همه بخشها دیده شود.
وی استقرار دبیرخانه کانون کارآفرینان استان در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد را برای جذب کارآفرینان و ایجاد کارآفرینی، راه اندازی اتاق فکر کانون با مشارکت کارآفرینان به منظور جذب و توسعه نیروی کار جدید از فعالیتهای این کانون در چند ماه اخیر ذکر کرد.
وی سهم صنعت و معدن را از اشتغال استان بسیار ناچیز دانست و گفت: از شورای شهر و شهرداری میخواهیم نشستی برگزار کرده و برنامههای کارآفرینی خود را ارائه دهند زیرا با توجه به شرایط اقتصادی فرصتهای شغلی قابل توجهی را میتوان در بخش صنعت ساختمان ایجاد کرد.
