بالش نرم رانتجویی!
رئیس اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معاون و کشاورزی ایران گفت: با ادامه شیوههای رایج و موجود در بخش صنعت و تولید محیط سازگاری برای کسانی که سر با بالش نرم رانتجویی گذاشتهاند فراهم میشود.
غلامحسین شافعی ظهر پنجشنبه در نشست مشترک رئیس و اعضای کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس شورای اسلامیو شورای گفت و گوی دولت و بخش خصوصی خراسان رضوی در مشهد افزود: تداوم شیوههای گذشته در بخش تولید و صنعت را تجربه کرده ایم ولی تاکنون با این روشها به توسعه پایدار نرسیده ایم.
وی بر لزوم تحول بنیادی در بخش تولید تاکید و بیان کرد: با ارزیابی واقع بینانه از وضعیت موجود باید نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصتها و تهدیدهای صنعت کشور را شناسایی و از با استفاده از آنها برای توسعه و رونق تولید برنامه ریزی کرد.
رئیس اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معاون و کشاورزی ایران ادامه داد: بدون ایجاد ساختار مناسب و جهتگیری اقتصادی و اجتماعی که بتواند منجر به خلق ایده و کسب و کار جدید باشد رشد اقتصدی محقق نمیشود. در شرایط محدودیت منابع ایجاد صدها بنگاه صنعتی مشابه بدون توجه به ظرفیت تقاضای بازار نوعی اتلاف منابع است.
وی گفت: 81 واحد تولید خودرو در ایران وجود دارد. 49 واحد از این تعداد دارای پروانه در دست بهره برداری و بقیه پروانه در دست ساخت هستند و این در حالی است که در فرانسه تنها هشت و در ژاپن 11 کارخانه ساخت خودرو فعال است.
شافعی افزود: در بخش تولید موتورسیکلت نیز 177 واحد پروانه در دست بهره برداری و 33 پروانه در دست اقدام داریم ولی در کشورهای اندونزی، تایوان، ترکیه، عربستان، پاکستان، هند، ویتنام، بنگلادش و فیلیپین در مجموع 82 واحد تولید موتورسیکلت فعال است.
وی ادامه داد: اگر این روش ادامه داشته باشد و به فرض وجود شرایط رونق در تولید، از تمام ظرفیت این واحدها استفاده نخواهد شد. مردم، بخش خصوصی و نمایندگان باید روند و چگونگی اجرای برنامههایی را که وزرا در مجلس ارائه کردهاند رصد و پایش کنند.
رئیس اتاق بازرگانی، صنایع، معاون و کشاورزی ایران در ادامه این نشست از همکاری سه جانبه اقتصادی بین کشورهای عمان، افغانستان و ایران در مناطق ویژه اقتصادی چابهار و سرخس خبر داد و گفت: تیمهای اقتصادی این سه کشور در یک ماه و نیم آینده برای کار مشترک اقتصادی در چابهار حضور مییابند.
وی افزود: همچنین هفته پیش توافقی بین هند، ایران و قزاقستان صورت گرفت و مقرر شد اجلاس مشترک منطقهای فعالان اقتصادی در مشهد برگزار شود.
شافعی همچنین به ممنوع الخروجی فعالان اقتصادی به دلیل بدهیهای بانکی اشاره و بیان کرد: ممنوع الخروجی از حقوق شهروندی است و تنها با رای قاضی دادگستری قابل اعمال است. مجلس باید این موضوع را بررسی کند و از ممنوع الخروج کردن فعالان اقتصادی صرفا به دلیل بدهی بانکی جلوگیری شود.
برنامهریزی برای افزایش 10درصدی تولید
در ادامه این جلسه قائم مقام وزیر صنعت، معدن و تجارت گفت: طبق برنامه ریزی صورت گرفته در وزارتخانه امسال باید افزایش 10 درصدی تولید و 10 درصدی اشتغال در واحدهای تولیدی و صنعتی کوچک و متوسط در سطح کشور محقق شود.
رضا رحمانی افزود: همزمان با فعالیت دولت دوازدهم تلاش و نشاط جدیدی در وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت حاکم شده است.
وی ادامه داد: جهتگیریهادر نخستین روزهای کاری دولت دوازدهم در خصوص معدن و سیاستهایاقتصاد مقاومتی بود لذا برنامههایکوتاه مدت، میان مدت و عملیاتی ای وزارتخانه به رئیس جمهوری اعلام شد.
قائم مقام وزیر صنعت، معدن و تجارت گفت: کارگروههایی نیز برای عملیاتی شدن برنامههاتشکیل و در خصوص طرحهایرونق تولید هم 46 برنامه اولویتدار در سال 96 براساس برنامههایاقتصاد مقاومتی از سوی معاون اول رئیس جمهوری به وزارت صنعت، معدن و تجارت ابلاغ شد.
وی افزود: امسال تلاش میشود نرخ سود تسهیلات بانکی برای صنایع و تولید کاهش یابد. بهره برداری شش هزار واحد تولیدی از دیگر برنامههایپیش بینی شده برای سال جاری است.
رحمانی ادامه داد: راهبرد صنعتی این وزارتخانه نیز در دولت یازدهم تدوین شد. در مرحله تدوین برنامههایعملیاتی و نهایی کردن آمایش سرزمین هستیم که به زودی پایان مییابد.
وی خاطرنشان کرد: برای خراسان رضوی آمایش سرزمینی راهبرد صنعتی به پایان رسیده و اولویتهایسرزمینی مشخص شده است. صنایع تولید فرآوردههاینقدی معدن، استخراج معدنی صنایع پیشرفته از جمله تجهیزات کنترلی، ماشین آلات و تجهیزات صنعتی تولیدی، تولید ماشین آلات مولد، ساخت موتورهای برقی، مواد غذایی و آشامیدنی، تولید انواع پوشاک و اقلام سوغاتی از اولویتهای تولیدی و صنعتی در خراسان رضوی است.
