ساماندهی تجارت مرزنشینان در استان
رئیس سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت خراسان رضوی گفت: با اقدامات دولت یازدهم طی سه سال اخیر مرزنشینان واقعی این استان شناسایی و کارتهای الکترونیکی مرزنشینی برای آنان صادر شد.
راضیه علیرضایی افزود: ساماندهی مرزنشینان و صدور کارتهای الکترونیکی با هدف جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده افراد غیرمرزنشین از کارتها و قاچاق کالا انجام گرفت.
به گزارش ایرنا، علیرضایی ادامه داد: در سالهای 93 و 94 فرمانداریها از طریق خانههای بهداشت و مراکز آموزش و پرورش مرزنشینان واقعی را شناسایی کردند و مرزنشینان پس از کسب تاییدیه محلی موفق به دریافت کارت مرزنشینی الکترونیکی و بهرهمندی از مزایای آن شدند.
رئیس سازمان صنعت، معدن و تجارت خراسان رضوی گفت: ایجاد معافیت در تعرفه واردات 6 قلم کالا توسط مرزنشنیان و همچنین صادرات سوخت توسط آنان از دیگر اقداماتی بود که طی سال گذشته برای ساماندهی مبادلات مرزی و کمک به مرزنشینان از سوی دولت انجام شد.
وی افزود: پس از ساماندهی وضعیت کارتها و شناسایی مرزنشینان واقعی، از ابتدای امسال تاکنون به حساب هر مرزنشین فعال در خراسان رضوی سه میلیون و 600 هزار ریال یارانه پرداخت شده است.
او ادامه داد: مطابق آمار استانداری خراسان رضوی تعداد مرزنشینان در مناطق عادی و محروم این استان بر اساس کارتهای الکترونیکی صادره 795 هزار و 286 نفر است که این رقم 12.14 درصد از مجموع مرزنشینان کشور را تشکیل میدهد.
وی گفت: با ساماندهی وضعیت کارتهای الکترونیکی و اختصاص تسهیلات مربوط به کاهش تعرفههای 6 قلم کالا به مرزنشینان در سه ماه نخست امسال صادرات از بازاچههای مرزی خراسان رضوی در مقایسه با مدت مشابه پارسال 12درصد افزایش داشته است.
علیرضایی افزود: با همه اقدامات انجام شده امسال شاهد تنوع کاری در فعالیت مرزنشینان و تغییر وضعیت زندگی آنان خواهیم بود.
