خوشه صنعتی برای سنگهای گرانبها
نماینده مردم نیشابور و فیروزه در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: ایجاد خوشه صنعتی سنگهای قیمتی به مرکزیت معدن فیروزه در دستور کار قرار دارد.
حمید گرمابی روز پنجشنبه در حاشیه مراسم پایانی همایش ‘فیروزه، صنعت و فرهنگ' و بازدید از معدن فیروزه در این شهرستان طی گفت و گو با خبرنگار ایرنا افزود: در صنعت تراش سنگهای قیمتی هنوز به جایگاه مطلوب نرسیدهایم و نیاز به بستر سازی در این حوزه داریم.
وی با بیان اینکه این گوهر گرانبها هنوز به خوبی شناخته نشده است اظهار کرد: برگزاری چنین همایشهایی تاثیر بسیار در شناساندن سنگ فیروزه، توسعه کاربرد و افزایش زنجیره تولید آن دارد.
وی گفت: آگاهی از تواناییهای موجود در کشور و شهرستان در زمینه سنگهای قیمتی باید در دستور کار قرار گیرد و برای اینکه فیروزه نیشابور به عنوان یک برند جهانی به همگان شناسانده شود باید از بستر اینترنت برای تبلیغات و معرفی آن به جهان استفاده کنیم.
فرماندار شهرستان فیروزه نیز در حاشیه این همایش گفت: علم باعث تحول و توسعه در صنعت شده و در حوزه سنگ فیروزه هم باید این اتفاق بیافتد.
محمد حسین صالحی افزود: بازار جهانی سنگ فیروزه بسیار بزرگ و مناسب است اما با اینکه از مرغوبترین سنگ فیروزه جهان برخوردار هستیم سهم مناسبی در بازار جهانی نداریم.
وی اظهار کرد: یکی از دلایل عقب ماندگی در این بخش عدم بهره گیری از فناوریهای نوین است که برگزاری این همایشها میتواند مقدمهای برای هدایت بخش علمی به صنعت فیروزه باشد تا باعث تحول در همه مراحل استخراج تا فرآوری و بازاریابی شود.
وی گفت: تولیدات ما در زمینه سنگهای گرانبها در مقایسه با تولیدات سایر کشورها از کیفیت مطلوبی برخوردار نیست و برای ورود به بازار باید قابلیتهای خود را افزایش دهیم تا توان رقابت در بازار جهانی سنگهای قیمتی را پیدا کنیم.
صالحی با بیان اینکه در اولین گام ارائه آموزشهای لازم از مدتی قبل آغاز شده است افزود: برای این منظور مقدمات ایجاد شهرک تخصصی سنگ فیروزه در جوار روستای معدن فیروزه فراهم شده تا به عنوان یکی از خوشههای سنگ فیروزه به توسعه این صنعت کمک کند.
مدیر عامل معدن فیروزه نیشابور نیز گفت: معدن فیروزه نیشابور از سال 1381 به تعاونی روستایی معدن فیروزه واگذار شد و اینک 342 نفر سهامدار دارد.
یدالله سعادتی افزود: هم اکنون 165 کارگر در این معدن مشغول کار هستند و قبل از تشکیل این تعاونی تعداد کارگران حدود 20 نفر بود.
وی اظهار کرد: از طریق صنعت فیروزه نیشابور علاوه بر اشتغال زایی مستقیم حدود پنج هزار شغل نیز به صورت غیر مستقیم ایجاد شده است.
وی با بیان اینکه فیروزه نیشابور به کشورهای ترکیه، عراق، سوریه، مالزی، اندونزی و عربستان صادر میشود گفت: فروش فیروزه از معدن از طریق مزایده چند نوبت در سال انجام میشود و محصولات درجه بندی شده و با قیمت پایه عرضه میگردد.
سعادتی افزود: فیروزه نیشابور به دلیل کیفیت رنگ و جنس سنگ مرغوبترین فیروزه جهانمحسوب میشود اما شیوه استخراج از معدن فیروزه نیشابور هنوز به شیوه انفجار است که از کیفیت محصول میکاهد و برای بهره گیری از شیوههای نوین استحصال چند بار با دانشگاهها و مراکز علمی مکاتبه کردهایم که هنوز جوابی دریافت نکردهایم.
وی اظهار کرد: معدن فیروزه نیشابور مجوز استخراج 50 تن فیروزه در سال را دارد که این مقدار 25 درصد در هر سال قابل افزایش است.
وی گفت: شرکت تعاونی معدن فیروزه به مدت 10 سال از پرداخت مالیات معاف بود که این مدت به اتمام رسیده و برای تمدید آن هنوز به نتیجه نرسیدهایم.
سعادتی افزود: سه کیلومتر از راه منتهی به معدن فیروزه هنوز آسفالت نشده که امیدواریم پیگیریهای انجام شده در این زمینه سریعتر به نتیجه برسد.
