خزاعی و صندلی جدید ریاست سازمان سینمایی

مدتی بود که بسیاری از اهالی هنر و فرهنگ در انتظار تغییرات احتمالی در پست‌های مدیریتی مختلف بودند و در این میان مهمترین پرسش اهالی سینما در این تغییرات این بود که در دولت جدید چه کسی با حکم وزیر فرهنگ و ارشاد بر کرسی ریاست سازمان سینمایی می‌نشیند. در این خصوص نیز گمانه زنی‌ها بسیار بود و نامهای زیادی مطرح می‌شد. اما در نهایت محمد خزاعی سینماگر جوانی که در کارنامه سینمایی خود تهیه‌کنندگی فیلم‌هایی همچون «به وقت شام»، «امپراتور جهنم»، «پشت دیوار سکوت» و «قلاده‌های طلا» را یدک می‌کشید، بر این صندلی نشست و از دو روز قبل رسما فعالیت خود را به عنوان رییس سازمان امور سینمایی و سمعی و بصری آغاز کرد.
خزاعی که فعالیت سینمایی خود را از اواسط دهه هفتاد آغاز کرده، به ساخت آثار پر سروصدا و انجام مصاحبه‌های جنجالی و… مشهور است. یکی از آخرین حرکات او اعتراض با نامهای سرگشاده خطاب به محمدباقر قالیباف و نمایندگان مجلس شورای اسلامی در خصوص تصویب قانون «اخذ مالیات از هنرمندان» بود. وی این مصوبه مجلس را قانونی فاقد منابع مطالعات لازم، بدون کارشناسی و فاقد مبانی تحقیقاتی دانست و آن را اقدامی نمایشی، نمادین و غیرفنی دانست.

خزاعی در سمت رییس سازمان سینمایی معتقد است که فرصت تغییر و تحول در سینما با بارقه‌های امید بوجود آمده در بین هنرمندان و رسانه‌ها و مسئولان فرهنگی ارشد کشور برای عوامل اجرایی بسیار اندک است. چراکه گاهشمار سازمان سینمایی آغاز شده و تا 43 ماه آینده به پایان خواهد رسید.
وی با اشاره به اینکه «سینمای ایران غنی و ارزشمند است و بعد از انقلاب اسلامی این سینما با تغییر رویکرد و افق‌ها جهش‌ها و دستاوردهای خوبی داشته است» گفت: البته این دستاوردها به معنای نزدیک شدن به ایده ال‌ها و اهداف نیست و در گام دوم انقلاب به لزوم حرکت بر ریل انقلاب و ایجاد تحرک انقلابی در همه بخش‌های سینما و هنر اعتقاد دارم. همچنین به ضرورت تحول ساختارها و مدل‌ها و استراتژی و کالبدشکافی و درون درمانی سینما نیاز داریم و برای ایجاد این تحول به تعبیر رهبری نیازمند بازسازی انقلابی هستیم…
تحقق حل مشکلات اهالی سینما
رییس جدید سازمان سینمایی تاکید دارد: تمام حرکت‌های فرهنگی و هنری در سازمان سینمایی در عرصه داخلی و خارجی باید دستاوردهای ملموسی برای سینمای ایران و اهالی سینما و مردم و انقلاب داشته باشد و اگر احساس شود این حرکت‌ها جنبه نمایشی دارد، قطعا بازنگری خواهد شد.
این مدیر با بیان اینکه ماموریت‌های جدید فرهنگی دولت در حوزه سینما توسط آقای دکتر اسماعیلی ابلاغ شده است، گفت: این برنامه‌ها باید با کمک اهالی سینما و رسانه شکل اجرایی پیدا کند که بیشترین بخش در جهت تحقق حل مشکلات اهالی سینما و برون رفت از وضعیت موجود است. تقویت نیروی انسانی جدید، توجه جدی به مضامین انقلاب اسلامی و دفاع مقدس و دیپلماسی فرهنگی و منافع ملی و فیلم‌های اجتماعی و کمدی با مضامین سالم و خانواده محور قطعا در دستور کار سازمان سینمایی خواهد بود.

پس از انتصاب محمد خزاعی در جایگاه ریاست سازمان سینمایی، محمدعلی نجفی، رئیس هیات مدیره خانه سینما در برنامه «پرانتز باز» رادیو نمایش نگاه خود را در خصوص این انتصاب و فضای مدیریتی بیان کرد.
نجفی با بیان اینکه «انتصاب محمد خزاعی به ریاست سازمان سینمایی، در عین حال که برای حوزه سینما یک فرصت خوشایند است، خطراتی هم می‌تواند با خود داشته باشد» گفت: وقتی کسی از سینما شناخت داشته باشد و از بدنه و از درون سینما وارد این عرصه شود، هم جنبه‌ی مثبت دارد و هم جنبه منفی. جنبه مثبتش این است که به همه جوانب سینما آشنایی کامل دارد، همه افراد را خوب می‌شناسد و کارآیی آن‌ها را می‌شناسد جنبه منفی‌اش هم این است که در هر صورت هر کسی در سینما صاحب سلیقه است و ممکن است که این سلیقه بر سینما حاکم شود و این خطرناک است.
در سینما نمی‌تواند یک سلیقه حاکم باشد
این کارگردان با تاکید بر اینکه «سینما سلیقه‌های مختلف، متعدد و متکثری را می‌طلبد» ادامه داد: در سینما نمی‌تواند یک سلیقه حاکم باشد. بنابراین هم باید خوشحال باشیم که یک نفر از درون سینما آمده و سال‌ها هم نقش مدیریتی در جشنواره‌های مختلف داشته، و هم این مساله خطر دارد چراکه ایشان روی یک پل صراط که از یک مو باریک‌تر است قدم گذاشته.
وی با طرح این پرسش که «اکنون مسئله این است که آیا فرهنگ و هنر را قربانی سیاست می‌کنید یا سیاست را وسیله‌ای برای اعتلای فرهنگ و هنر به کار می‌گیرید؟» افزود: آقای خزاعی الان در این شرایط دو گانه است و نقش او خیلی هم حساس است. درنتیجه اگر به این باور برسد که باید با اهالی سینما که عینیت آن الان در خانه‌ی سینما است، با تعامل به برنامه ریزی برسند، طبیعتا به اهداف سینما می‌رسند.
نجفی با اشاره به اینکه «ما در مقطعی از تاریخ سینما به سر می‌بریم که صنعت تصویر جایگزین صنعت سینما شده‌است» مطرح می‌کند: کم کم و به تدریج سالن‌های سینما دارد مثل سالن‌های تئاتر جنبه‌ی معرفتی پیدا می‌کند و شما با سینمای خانگی و با تکنیک دیجیتال رو به رو هستید که این خودش به لحاظ فرهنگی بسیار نقش دارد. اگر آقای خزاعی این باور را در تعامل تنگاتنگ با بدنه‌ی سینما یعنی با صنوف سینمایی به طراحی و برنامه ریزی برسند ببینند، بسیار ترکیب موفقی خواهد شد.

رئیس هیات مدیره خانه سینما با بیان این نکته که «سلیقه داشتن خیلی هم خوب است» ابراز کرد: مگر می‌شود که آدمی صاحب سلیقه نباشد؟ بحث من این است که وقتی یک نفر سلیقه‌ی هنری دارد آن سلیقه‌ی هنری‌اش برای پیشبرد مسئولیت اداری و اجرایی‌اش معیار و مبنا نباشد.
وی ادامه داد: من هم دارای سلیقه هستم و به عنوان کارگردان، فیلم خودم را می‌سازم اما سلیقه‌ی من نمی‌تواند برای سینمای ایران معیار باشد. سلیقه آقای خزاعی هم یک سلیقه در میان سلایق مختلف است و می‌توانند تجربه‌ها و پشتوانه‌ی دانش خودشان را در ارتباط با بدنه‌ی سینما و صنوف و صاحبان تجربه و اندیشه و حرفه‌ای سینما مبنا قرار دهند و به کار گیرند و با همفکری و همیاری و تعامل با هم به برنامه ریزی برسند. آنوقت کسانی هم که با آقای خزاعی هم سلیقه و همفکر هستند حتما منتفع می‌شوند و حتما شرایطی برایشان پیش می‌آید که در بهترین وجه می‌توانند کارهای خودشان را که با سلیقه‌شان هماهنگی دارد را انجام دهند، آن وقت سلایق دیگر هم فعال می‌شوند.

نجفی در بخش دیگری از صحبت های خود با اشاره به اینکه «سینما که نمی‌تواند یک بعد داشته باشد، ابعاد مختلف دارد و اگر اصطلاحش را بخواهیم بگوییم، ژانرهای مختلف دارد و همه‌ی ژانرها مفید است» گفت: افرادی در سینما هستند که صاحب تجربه، دانش و شناسایی از این ژانرها هستند و اگر امکان این را پیدا کنند که فعالیت داشته باشند بدون اینکه بخواهند ملاحظه و محافظه کاری‌ایی بکنند سینمای ایران حتما موفق و قابل تامل می‌شود.
وی ادامه داد: شما سینمای دهه شصت را مطالعه کنید، من نمی‌خواهم بگویم که دهه شصت اشکال نداشت اما باعث شد که خیلی اتفاق‌ها بیفتد. برای مثال بنیاد فارابی تاسیس شد، خانه‌ی سینما شکل گرفت، صنوف تشکل پیدا کردند، تشکیلات سینمایی شکل گرفت و سلایق مختلف و هنرمندان بسیار ارزشمند و جوان‌هایی که این فرصت را پیدا کردند که همه‌شان بمانند.
