با پشت میزنشینی نمی توان شغل ایجاد کرد
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استاندار خراسان رضوی گفت: با پشت میزنشینی نمی توان ارتقای فرهنگی منطقه را رقم زد و 160 هزار فرصت شغلی هدفگذاری شده امسال استان را محقق ساخت.
سیدجواد حسینی روز دوشنبه در آیین معارفه فرماندار جدید درگز در جمع اعضای شورای اداری این شهرستان افزود: تا زمانی که در مسئولیت قرار داریم باید ملاک کارمان تحرک، پویایی و مدیریت جهادی باشد و فرمانداران باید کمی از حالت ستادی خارج شده و در میان مردم بوده و نشست های مکرری با اقشار مختلف مردم داشته باشند.
وی اظهار کرد: فرماندار به عنوان نماینده عالی دولت در شهرستان، باید نخستین فردی باشد که از مسائل و مشکلات حوزه مسئولیتی خود آگاه شده و اولین کسی باشد که نسخه های مداخله گرانه برای رسیدگی به مسائل و حل مشکلات می نویسد.
معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی یکی از دلایل جابه جایی های مدیریتی را افزایش ضریب نفوذ مدیریتی دانست و گفت: اولین کار مدیر جدید به اتمام رساندن کارهای مدیر قبلی به همراه نوآوری های مدیریتی است.
حسینی از سیاست خارجی، امنیت، اقتصاد، آسیب های اجتماعی، مسائل فرهنگی و توسعه مشارکت نظام مند مردم به عنوان محورهای اساسی فعالیت دولت ندبیر و امید یاد کرد و افزود: باید پذیرفت که در حال گذار هستیم و همسان و هم سنگ با سیاست خارجی و امنیت در اقتصاد، آسیب های اجتماعی، فعالیت های فرهنگی و توسعه مشارکت نظام مند مردم پیش نرفته ایم.
وی به توفیقات حاصل شده در عرصه ایجاد اشتغال در استان اشاره کرد و افزود: از تابستان 95 تا تابستان امسال 183 هزار فرصت شغلی در استان ایجاد شد که این معادل 23 درصد کل اشتغال ایجاد شده در کشور بوده است.
حسینی تصریح کرد: 160 هزار فرصت شغلی در سال جاری هدف گذاری شده است که تا کنون بیش از 150 هزار مورد آن محقق شده و این نشان از تلاش، تحرک و پویایی مسئولان استان دارد.
وی افزود: تلاش خستگی ناپذیر، تحرک و پویایی مسئولان استان موجب شده تا صادرات استان نیز 13 درصد رشد یافته و تورم 38 درصدی سال 92 استان اکنون به 7 درصد برسد.
معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی نگاه مسئولیت پذیرانه، پاسخگویی، پرهیز از مسئولیت گریزی، به کارگیری همه امکانات برای توسعه و رفع مشکلات، نگاه تمام ساحتی به عرصه سرزمینی و مسائل شهرستانی و تکریم ارباب رجوع را از ویژگی های فرمانداران دولت تدبیر و امید دانست و افزود: یکی از کارهای مهمی که باید در دستور کار قرار گیرد ارتقای مسائل فرهنگی است.
حسینی گفت: در راستای افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی، طرح جامع تعاملات گرم در خانواده ها در استان تدوین و در حال اجراست. بر اساس این طرح خانواده هایی که به اتفاق فرزندان خود به مراکز ورزشی، گردشگری، هنری و فرهنگی بروند از تخفیف ٥٠ درصدی برخوردار خواهند شد.
در این آیین با قدردانی از خدمات مرتضی حمیدی؛ محمدحسن فرهادی به عنوان فرماندار جدید شهرستان درگز معرفی شد.
فرهادی پیش از این فرماندار کاشمر بود و حمیدی نیز اخیرا به عنوان فرماندار تربت جام منصوب شده است.
