افزایش سطح زیر کشت زعفران در خراسان رضوی
مدیر باغبانی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی گفت: سطح زیر کشت زعفران در این استان امسال در مقایسه با پارسال هشت درصد گسترده‌تر شده است.
هاشم نقیبی افزود: امسال 84 هزار هکتار زمین در خراسان رضوی زیر کشت زعفران قرار دارد. این سطح پارسال 78 هکتار بود.
وی به رتبه نخست خراسان رضوی به لحاظ سطح زیر کشت و تولید زعفران در ایران اشاره و بیان کرد: بطور میانگین از هر هکتار زمین چهار تا پنج کیلوگرم زعفران برداشت می‌شود. البته پارسال یک کشاورز نمونه در خراسان رضوی از هر هکتار زمین ۳۹ کیلوگرم زعفران برداشت کرد که رکوردی ملی محسوب می‌شود.
مدیر باغبانی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی ادامه داد: 138 هزار بهره بردار بخش کشاورزی این استان در حوزه کشت و تولید زعفران فعالیت دارند. همچنین 800 هزار نفر در خراسان رضوی بطور مستقیم درگیر امور مربوط به کشت، تولید و برداشت زعفران هستند.
وی در ادامه گفت: میزان صادرات این محصول در نیمه نخست هنوز جمع بندی نشده اما پارسال 187 تن زعفران خراسان رضوی به ارزش 264 میلیون دلار صادر شد که نسبت به سال قبل 60 درصد از نظر وزن و 65 درصد از نظر ارزش افزایش داشت.
نقیبی به ورود زعفران به بازار بورس و خرید و فروش منطقی این محصول در همین قالب نیز اشاره و بیان کرد: قابلیت ارائه زعفران در کالای بورس ایران به بهره برداران این محصول اجازه می‌دهد معامله منطقی و با قیمت واقعی را برای محصول خود تجربه کنند.
وی همچنین به زعفران‌کاران توصیه کرد: از فرصت به وجود آمده و عرضه زعفران در بورس نهایت استفاده را ببرند زیرا علاوه بر اینکه قیمت گذاری محصول در این قالب بر اساس کیفیت واقعی انجام می‌شود، قیمت شفاف، واسطه‌ها حذف و گواهی سپرده کالای آنان برای فروش محصولشان همانند پول نقد محسوب می‌شود.
مدیر باغبانی سازمان جهاد کشاورزی خراسان رضوی گفت: با توجه به آغاز فصل برداشت زعفران امید می‌رود با مطلوب بودن شرایط جوی شاهد برداشت میزان قابل قبولی از این محصول در خراسان رضوی باشیم.
