معاونت خدمات شهری کاشمر گفت: متأسفانه پزشکان کاشمری حاضر به پرداخت هزینه جمعآوری زبالههای عفونی نیستند.
علی صمیمی در شورای سلامت و امنیت غذایی که در سالن اجتماعات فرمانداری برگزار شد، در خصوص وضعیت دفع پسماند زبالههای عفونی افزود: پزشکان کاشمری حاضر به پرداخت هزینه جمعآوری زبالههای عفونی نیستند مجبور شدهایم پیمانکار مخصوص وصول مطالبات بگیریم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه دو سال است که در شهرهای اطراف تنها شهری هستیم که پسماند عفونی را از تولیدکنندگان جمعآوری میکنیم، اظهار کرد: این زبالهها به صورت جدا از سایر پسماندها جمعآوری و دفع میشوند.
صمیمی با اشاره به اینکه پزشکان و تزریقاتیها و … حاضر به پرداخت اصل مبلغ نیستند، بیان کرد: اکنون حدود 170 تولیدکننده پسماند پزشکی در کاشمر داریم.
وی با اعلام اینکه هرچند هزینه ماهیانه جمعآوری هر پزشک که زباله عفونی تولید میکند 20 هزار تومان میشود ولی پرداخت نمیکنند، افزود: روزانه از مطبها و سطلهای مخصوص یکتن زباله عفونی جمعآوری میشود.
معاونت خدمات شهری کاشمر اظهار کرد: بهرغم اینکه قرار بود کار جمعآوری زبالههای عفونی توسط پیمانکار به دلیل اینکه وصولی از پزشکان نداشت تعطیل شود ولی خواسته شد ادامه دهد تا بتوانیم به نحوی وصول کنیم.

وی در ادامه با اشاره به اینکه اکنون در خصوص فاضلابهای خانگی دچار مشکل هستیم، افزود: چند مدیریتی موجب شده نتوانیم در این خصوص خوب عمل کنیم و با متخلفان برخوردی داشته باشیم.
صمیمی با بیان اینکه متأسفانه در اغلب محلهها شاهدیم فاضلاب حیاط به داخل میلانهای رهاسازی میشود، گفت: تاکنون حدود 5 هزار اختیاریه فاضلاب صادر شده است.
وی با اشاره به اینکه در برخورد دچار مشکل هستیم، اظهار کرد: باید جلسه بین شهرداری، مرکز بهداشت، دادگستری و نیروی انتظامی برگزار شود تا چرخه طولانی که برای رسیدگی به طول میانجامد کاهش یابد.

معاونت خدمات شهری کاشمر در ادامه از تشکیل کارگروهی ویژه برای برخورد با دستفروشانی که اقدام به فروش مواد غذایی میکنند خبر داد و اظهار کرد: متأسفانه امامزاده سید مرتضی، کشتارگاه و میدان دام از جمله مکانهایی است که از چند مدیریتی بودن رنج میبرد.
وی با اشاره به اینکه در محل معاونت خدمات شهری در خصوص وضعیت امامزاده سید مرتضی کارگروهی تشکیل شده است، گفت: امیدواریم هرچه سریعتر شاهد رفع مشکلات در این مکانها باشیم.

در ادامه غلامرضا خانی رئیس اداره بهرهبرداری آب و فاضلاب شهری کاشمر با بیان اینکه در خصوص وضعیت آب شرب امامزاده سید مرتضی چند سالی هست که دو مخزن دو هزار با 15 کیلومتر خط انتقال اجرا و به محل انتقال داده شده، گفت: اکنون هیچ مشکلی در خصوص تأمین آب شرب این مکان نداریم.
وی با اشاره به اینکه تاکنون حق انشعاب توسط اداره اوقاف و امور خیریه پرداخت نشده است، بیان کرد: اکنون منبع آب شرب سید مرتضی 30 لیتر دبی داشته و مشکلی ندارد تنها معضل در نحوه کلرزنی است.
وی افزود: اگر مجموعه مدیریت سید مرتضی در کلرزنی دستی مشکل دارند میتوانند با پرداخت 15 میلیون تومان نسبت به تهیه کلرزنی آنلاین اقدام کنند.
