وعده شهردار مشهد برای به سرانجام رساندن طرح تفصیلی منطقه پنجتن
وعده داد که تلاش خود را برای نهایی کردن طرح تا پایان سال انجام دهم و علی رغم اینکه شهرداری ها اصولا علاقه ای به تصویب طرح های تفصیلی ندارند (به دلیل محدود شدن بخشی از درآمدها) اما من مصمم هستم که با کمک شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد، این طرح 13 ساله را در سال 99 با یاری خدا به سرانجام برسانیم و معابر، فضای سبز و سایر خدمات را به ویژه در مناطق کم برخوردار، فراهم کنیم.
محمدرضا کلائی در پست اینستاگرامی خود در خصوص طرح تفصیلی نوشته است: روز جمعه طبق وعده قبلی از محل فیلمبرداری سریال هشت آباد بازدید کردیم و بازدیدی از منطقه پنجتن صورت گرفت. مشکل اصلی در این منطقه، طرح تفصیلی و منع قانونی برای هزینه کرد بدون طرح است. وعده داده ام تمام تلاش خود برای نهایی کردن طرح را تا پایان سال انجام دهم و با وجود اینکه شهرداری ها اصولا علاقه ای به تصویب طرح های تفصیلی ندارند (به دلیل محدود شدن بخشی از درآمدها) اما من مصمم هستم که با کمک شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد، این طرح 13 ساله را در سال 99 با یاری خدا به سرانجام برسانیم و معابر، فضای سبز و سایر خدمات را به ویژه در مناطق کم برخوردار، فراهم کنیم.
زمان خروج از لوکیشن فیلمبرداری، تعدادی از اهالی محل مشکلات خود را بازگو کردند که در این میان یکی از خانم ها گفت دلیل اینکه این منطقه برای لوکیشن سریالی که موضوعش در دهه شصت اتفاق افتاده، این است که این منطقه همچنان در دهه شصت باقی مانده و هیچ پیشرفتی نکرده است، این نکته سنجی سبب خنده من شد اما جمله او بار سنگینی داشت. چقدر من و امثال ما کم کاری کردند و چقدر این مردم خوب هستند. امروز عزم خود را جزم کرده ام تا زودتر طرح تفصیلی را به سرانجام برسانیم تا از رهگذر آن برای مردم، فضای سبز و سایر خدمات فراهم شود.
از آقای نورین مقدم و همکاران آنان در اداره کل طرح ها و مطالعات فنی و شهری شهرداری مشهد، بابت تلاش ها زیاد برای تحقیق این موضوع در دو سال گذشته سپاسگذارم و به آنان خدا قوت می گویم. امیدوارم با حمایت اعضای شورای اسلامی شهر مشهد و کمیسون ماده پنج، هرچه سریعتر این زحمات به نتیجه برسد و مردم شاهد نتایج آن باشند.
تهیه طرح تفصیلی حوزه شمالغرب مراحل نهایی خود را طی میکند
پیش از این کلائی شهردار مشهد در نشستی با مدیران دفاتر توسعه محلی (تسهیلگری) گفته است: : ترافیک موجود در میدانفجر بهسمت جادهسیمان، میدانبار رضوی و ابتدای رسالت موضوع بسیار مهمی است که باید ر قالب دفترهای تسهیلگری و سازمان بازآفرینی شهری پیگیری شود.
کلائی درباره مشکل ورودی محلهبلال که از سوی دفتر تسهیلگری این محله مطرح شد، بیان کرد: اینکه دفتر تسهیلگری محله بتواند طرحهایی را برای رفع این مشکل با توجه به پارکی که در مجاورت این محل وجود دارد، تدوین کند و ارائه دهد، بر ترافیک محور رسالت نیز تأثیر خواهد داشت.
وی اضافه کرد: در مجموع معتقدم فاصله میان پارک و بزرگراه را باید با درنظرگرفتن چند مسیر به یکدیگر اتصال داد؛ بنابراین پیشنهادهای دفتر تسهیلگری محلهبلال مبنی بر نفوذ از یک یا دو نقطه در پارک یا موازی بزرگراه برای ایجاد مسیر دسترسی و اتصال به این محور باید توسط سازمان ترافیک بررسی شود و امکانات فنی آن نیز مورد توجه قرار گیرد و ظرف یک هفته نتیجه نهایی اعلام شود، زیرا این طرح علاوه بر رفع مشکل ورودی بلال، بخشی از مشکل ترافیک ورودی جادهسیمان و رسالت را حل خواهد کرد.
شهردار مشهد تصریح کرد: خوشبختانه طرح تفصیلی شمالشرق در حال تدوین است و تا یک ماه آینده نهایی میشود که این موضوع میتواند در طرح تفصیلی نیز مطرح شود.
