بهبهانه تعامل، اصول اصلاحطلبی را زیر پا نگذارید
برخی از نیروهای سیاسی، اصولگرایان را به بدلی و اصیل تقسیم میکنند و میخواهند نیروهای اصولگرای اصیل به صحنه بیایند، اما بهراستی چه تفاوتهایی میان اصولگرایان سنتی و افراطیون این جریان وجود دارد و اصلاحطلبان پروژه آینده خود را چگونه طرحریزی کنند؟ پرسشهایی از این قبیل باعث شده اصلاحطلبان به آینده ائتلاف و حتی حیات سیاسی خود بیندیشند. مصطفی درایتی، فعال سیاسی اصلاحطلب خراسانی، در اینباره گفتوگو کرده که میخوانید:
- تقسیمبندی اصولگرایان به اصیل و بدلی را تا چه حد قبول دارید؟
باتوجه به تغییر و تحولاتی که در دهههفتاد به وجود آمد، عدهای از اصولگرایان تصور کردند نمیتوانند با پرچم اصولگرایی سنتی به پیروزی برسند، بنابراین راه دیگری را آغاز و قدرت را از دست اصولگرایان سنتی خارج کردند. من نمیتوانم این افراد را اصولگرای بدلی بدانم. هرچند این جریانجدید تفاوت نظری چندانی با جریانقبلی نداشت، اما طریق عملی متفاوتی را برگزیدند. اصولگرایانسنتی جامه اصولگرایی بر تن داشتند، اما در عمل سیاسی، بهدنبال عقلانیت بودند و این دوگانگی، خود را نشان داد. البته حتی نمیتوان وجه افتراق این دو نحله جریان اصولگرایی را در عملکرد دانست، چراکه آنان یک شعار میدادند و در بسیاری از مواقع از یکدیگر پشتیبانی میکردند. سنتیها صرفا هنگامی که منافع خود را در خطر میدیدند، از حمایت افراطیون دست برمیداشتند. از این رو بسیاری معترض شدند که چرا جریان اصولگرا سنتی تکلیف خود را با نواصولگرایی مشخص نمیکند و صرفا در هنگام هزینهدادن راه خود را جدا میکند؟ بهمرور هزینههای جریان تندرو از منافع آن بیشتر شد و میان دو نحله اصولگرایی فاصله افتاد. بههمیندلیل سنتیها برای مدیریت جو راه خود را جدا کردند. در شرایط فعلی هراندازه جریان تندرو به حاشیه میرود سنتیها میکوشند خوانش و روش جدیدی را ارائه کنند. البته سنتیها نتوانستند خود را از گذشته خود جدا کنند و آنان نیز همچون افراطیون شکست خوردند.
- چه شد که بخشی از جریان اصولگرایی از ناطق و لاریجانی به تتلو رسید؟
برخلاف شعارهایی که مطرح میکنند، برخی از اصولگرایان، چارچوب ارزشی معینی ندارند و هر جریانسیاسی که چارچوب نداشته باشد، دچار اعوجاج میشود و این موضوع در بخشی از جریان اصولگرایی رخ داده است. این جریان باید آرمانهای را خود تعیین کند و رفتار سیاسی خود را با این آرمانها تطبیق دهد، وگرنه طرفداران خود را با ابهاماتی روبهرو خواهد کرد که فعالان جریان نمیتوانند به آنها پاسخ دهند. در نتیجه سنتیترها از حمایت این بخش از اصولگرایان دست خواهند کشید. در واقع آنها نباید صرفا روشهای خود را تغییر دهند، بلکه باید آرمانهای خود را نیز دگرگون سازند. کنشگران این جریان بیشتر به قدرت معطوف بوده و کسب قدرت بالاترین آرمان برای آنها محسوب میشود. طبیعی است در چنین شرایطی اعوجاجات عملی زیادی در رفتارشان دیده خواهد شد.
- آیا میتوان جریان اعتدال را خوانشی نو از اصولگرایی دانست و مسیر این جریان را ادامه راستسنتی قلمداد کرد؟
جریان اعتدال بهمرور از اصولگرایی فاصله گرفته است. اگر به چارچوبهای جریان بنگریم، بهسادگی در مییابیم که بخشی از جریان اصولگرا به این نتیجه رسید که این جریان در چارچوبهای نظری و روشهای عملی مصالحعمومی را دنبال نمیکند. بنابراین خود را در میانه دو جریان تعریف کرد و بهمرور فاصله خود را از جریان افراطی بیشتر کرد و به اصلاحطلبان نزدیک شد. عملکرد بیستسیساله کنشگران جریان اصولگرایی این تلقی را در بخشی از فعالان این نحله سیاسی ایجاد کرد. فاصله اعتدالگرایان از اصولگرایان بیشتر از اصلاحطلبان است. باید پذیرفت اگر تفکر سیاسی در معرض آزمایش قرار گیرد و شکست بخورد، بخشی از شکستخوردگان به جریان رقیب نزدیک میشوند. البته درنظر داشته باشیم که اعتدال تفکر سیاسی نیست، بلکه روش سیاسی برای سامانیافتن نسبی شرایط فعلی جامعه است. این طریقهسیاسی برای ترمیم بخشی از شکافها و مدیریت بحرانهای جامعه به وجود آمده که راه را برای توسعهکشور هموار کند.
- برخی بر این باورند که اصولگرایان سنتی و اعتدالیون در هنگام انتخابات برای کسب رأی سخنان اصلاحطلبانه را مطرح کردند و خود را به اصلاحطلبان نزدیک دانستند، اما پس از انتخابات مشی اصلاحطلبانه را رها کردند. آیا اعتدالگرایان و اصولگرایانی که به اصلاحطلبان نزدیک شده بودند، صرفا رفیق زمان انتخابات محسوب میشوند؟
ما میخواهیم مسیر حرکت کشور به آرمانهای اصلاحطلبان نزدیک باشد و اتفاقات دوران دولتهای نهم و دهم تکرار نشود. پیش از سال92 همه نگران شده بودند. جریان اصلاحطلب ترجیح داد برای خدشهدارنشدن کشور وارد ائتلاف شود و هنوز علل ائتلاف پابرجاست. اصلاحطلبان بیشتر از اینکه برای مدیرشدن اصلاحطلبان بکوشند، تلاش میکنند مدیریت کشور بر اساس عقلانیت باشد و از کارهای احساسی جلوگیری شود. هرچند روند اصلاحات کشور بهکندی صورت میگیرد، اما مدیریت کشور روی این ریل قرار گرفته است. سریعترشدن شتاب به تغییر شرایط محاطی، محیطی، مکانی و زمانی کشور مربوط است. از سوی دیگر سهمخواهی در اولویت ما قرار ندارد، بلکه ما بهدنبال مدیریت شایستگان از هردو جریان هستیم. باید مسئولان کشور از میان افرادی انتخاب شوند که به منش، روش و اندیشه دولت اعتقاد داشته باشند، از آن جهت که وعدهها و انتظارات مردم از جنس اصلاحطلبان است، نیروهای این جریان بهدنبال استفاده از نیروهای اصلاحطلب شایسته هستند و استفادهنکردن از این افراد مایه ناراحتی و دلخوری بخشی از بدنه اصلاحطلبان شده است. انتظار داریم یاران روحانی با رئیسجمهور همراه باشند.
- عدهای معتقدند اصلاحطلبان با ادامه ائتلاف با اصولگرایان بهتدریج از مرزهای هویتی خود خارج و دچار استحاله نظری میشوند. شما این تعبیر را تا چه حد میپذیرید؟
من ائتلاف را بهعنوان مانع تلقی نمیکنم، چراکه ائتلاف یک روش سیاسی مقطعی برای رسیدن به هدف سیاسی است. اما من هم نگران این هستم که مصلحتگرایی بر آرمان گرایی غلبه کند. میهراسم که بهتدریج معنای تعامل به معامله و سهمخواهی شخصی تنزل یابد. حاکمیت مردم سالارانه با مشی سیاسی عقلایی تجربهشده چیزی است که برای اصلاحات اهمیت دارد. هرچه سهم مردم در مدیریت بیشتر و حقوق مردم بهتر پاس داشته شود، توسعه، سرعت بیشتری پیدا میکند. مردم سالاری و حاکمیت مردم آن چیزی است که ما را از بخشهایی از اصولگرایان و افراطیون جدا میکند؛ مبادا این اصول زیرپا گذاشته شوند.
