یک موضوع اختلافی تا توافق نهایی احیای برجام
عضو کمیسیون امنیت ملی و سیاست خارجی مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: باوجود اینکه متن اصلی توافقنامه احتمالی آماده شده است اما سر یکی دو موضوع هنوز اختلاف نظر وجود دارد و تا زمانی که این موضوعات حل نشود ایران آمادگی برای امضای هیچ توافقنامهای را نخواهد داشت.
ابوالفضل عمویی عضو کمیسیون امنیت ملی و سیاست خارجی مجلس شورای اسلامی در گفتوگو با خبرنگار پارلمانی خبرگزاری تسنیم، با اشاره به آخرین خبرها از مذاکرات وین گفت: مذاکرات فعلی در وین چند مبنا و موضوع باقیمانده دارد.
وی افزود: مبنای اول این است که آمریکاییها چه اقداماتی را باید انجام دهند تا مجدداً بتوانند در جایگاه سابق خود بهعنوان عضو برجام مطرح باشند، در همین راستا خواسته اساسی ایران در این مرحله لغو تحریمها و امکان ایجاد همکاریهای بینالمللی بر اساس پاراگراف 29 توافقنامه برجام است.
عضو کمیسیون امنیت ملی مجلس با اشاره به اظهارات روز گذشته وزیر امور خارجه روسیه مبنی بر دریافت تضمین از آمریکا خاطرنشان کرد: نکتهای که اخیراً طرف روس مطرح کرده مطالبهای است که روسیه از آمریکا دارد و ایران در این زمینه درخواستی مطرح نکرده است و در حقیقت موضوعی است که باید روسیه و آمریکا بین خودشان حلوفصل کنند چرا که مرتبط با مناسبات دوجانبهای است که امروز بین این دو کشور در اوکراین در جریان است.
عمویی گفت: ایران نهایت تلاش خود را کرده است تا مذاکرات وین از مناسباتی که در اوراسیا، شرق اروپا و تحولات اوکراین در جریان است دور کند و از این جهت آمریکاییها باید بتوانند همه طرفها را به نیتهای خودشان راضی کنند.
وی ادامه داد: واقعیت این است امروز نگرانی نسبت به اجرای تعهدات آمریکا یک نگرانی فراتر از ایران است و کشورهای مختلفی نگران این هستند که آیا در صورت احیای برجام آمریکاییها به تعهدات خود ذیل این توافقنامه عمل خواهند کرد یا خیر، در همین راستا نیز خواسته ایران برای گرفتن تضمین مطالبهای منطقی است و از این بابت جمهوری اسلامی بر گرفتن تضمین برای اجرای پایدار برجام اصرار و تأکید دارد.
