معرفی مرکز خدمات درمانی بروز
مرکزخدمات درمانی ب-روز یکی از با کیفیت ترین مجموعه های خدمات درمانی شهر، واقع در خیابان عارف احمدآباد با مدیریت جناب آقای امیرعلی یزدانی است و از سال ۱۳۹۵ افتتاح شده است. در این مرکز کلیه کارهای درمانی ازجمله لیزر موهای زائد، فشیال تخصصی پوست، هایفو تراپی، تزریق ژل و بوتاکس، مزوتراپی و پی ار پی سر، مزونیدلینگ و مزوتراپی صورت، کربوکسی تراپی، برداشتن خال و… انجام می شود.
آقای امیرعلی یزدانی در ارتباط با مجموعه درمانی ب روز می گوید: هدف اصلی مجموعه از ابتدا تا کنون رضایت همشهریان عزیز و زائرین حضرت علی بین موسی الرضا بوده است و در این میان تمام تلاشمان را انجام دادیم و با صداقت در کار رضایتشان را جلب کرده و از بهترین برندهای معتبر و تایید شده برای درمان ها استفاده می کنیم. همچنین در این مجموعه تمامی پروتکل های بهداشتی و فاصله گذاری رعایت میشود تا از این لحاظ هم خاطرشان جمع باشد و نظافت و ضدعفونی کامل محیط نیز بعد از هر مراجع کننده انجام خواهد شد.
وی در خصوص برنامه های مجموعه اذعان کرد: این مجموعه به زودی و با توفیق الهی فعالیت خود را گسترش داده و مثل همیشه با دستگاهای ب روز در مجموعه و با اولویت رضایت مراجع کننده و کیفیت بالای خدمات درمانی و همچنین درنظرگرفتن قیمت های مناسب باتوجه به شرایط بد اقتصادی، به زودی شعبه جدید خود را در مشهد و چند شهرستان افتتاح خواهد کرد.
در ادامه دکتر فهیمه حسن پور پزشک این مجموعه در ارتباط با کاربردهای بوتاکس بیان کرد: بوتاکس همان بتولونیوم توکسین است که ما برای مصارف زیبایی و درمانی استفاده میکنیم، از بوتاکس برای درمان چروک پیشونی، خط اخم، خطوط پنجه کلاغی اطراف چشم، خطوط بانی لاین خرگوشی روی بینی استفاده میشود. همچنین برای درمان چروک های دور لب، اسموکرلاین ها، برای درمان دندان قروچه، از بین بردن خط غم، خطوط طولی یا عرضی گردن و جوانسازی گردن، برطرف کردن تعریق زیاد کف دست و پا و زیربغل تا حدود ۸۰، ۹۰ درصد، می‌توانیم از بوتاکس استفاده کنیم. دیگر کاربردهای درمانی بوتاکس مثل فیشر های آنال و همچنین برای درمان سردردهای میگرنی چه در پیشانی و چه در پس از بوتاکس استفاده میشود تا شدت سردرد و حملات را کاهش دهد.
وی در خصوص سن مناسب بوتاکس اظهار کرد: برای تزریق بوتاکس معمولا از سن ۱۸ یا ۲۱ سالگی ( بستگی به هر شخص) شروع میشود و تا سن ۶۵ سالگی انجام میشود. البته یکسری محدودیت هایی هم برای انجام بوتاکس داریم مثل مصرف بعضی داروها مثل رجوما، داروی ضد انعقاد خون و .. ، در افرادی که ناراحتی قلبی و یا فشار خون و قند خون دارند با نامه تایید پزشک انجام میشود. در بیماران ام اس هم درصورتی که در ۶ ماه اخیر اختلال بینایی نداشته باشند تزریق انجام میشود. انجام بوتاکس در شیردهی هم باید ۴۸ ساعت بعد از آخرین شیردهی باشد اما معمولا در دوران شیردهی انجام نمی‌دهند، به طور کلی ممنوعیت خاصی برای تزریق بوتاکس نداریم.
همچنین دکتر حسن پور درباره عوارض احتمالی بوتاکس اشاره کرد: انجام بوتاکس به طور کلی عوارض خاصی ندارد اما ممکن است بر اثر تزریقات اشتباه عارضه هایی رخ دهد از جمله افتادگی پلک در بوتاکس پیشانی که یکی از شایع ترین عوارض ها و موقت است و بعد از ۲ الی ۶ هفته بدون درمان اصلاح میشود، در تزریقات اشتباه دور چشم، ممکن است عضلات خارج چشم درگیر شود و بیمار دچار دوبینی شود. در اطراف بینی و چشم ممکن است احتمال درگیری مجاری اشکی و اشک ریزش را هم ممکن است داشته باشیم. در تزریقات اطراف دهان احتمال غیر قرینه شدن صورت و افتادگی یکطرف صورت ممکن است داشته باشیم. در تزریقات مستتر نیز برای دندان قروچه احتمال اینکه بیمار نتواند فک خود را درست حرکت دهد و یا احتمال فلج موقت در آن ناحیه را داریم. در زیر بغل هم عارضه خاصی ذکر نشده است. همه اینها در نتیجه تزریقات اشتباه رخ می دهد که برای تزریق بوتاکس حتما باید به پزشک مراجعه کنید.
