دوراهی قیمت‌گذاری مواد شوینده میان تولیدکنندگان و مجلسی‌ها؛

در دنیای مدرن که بهداشت و سلامتی یکی از فاکتورهای نشان‌دهنده توسعه‌یافتگی برای جوامع به‌حساب می‌آید، مواد شوینده و پاک‌کننده از اهمیتی دوچندان برخوردارند و نقش این مواد در زندگی مردم و بالا بردن سطح زندگی، رفاه و سلامتی بیش از پیش آشکار شده است. این روزها در حالی شاهد گران شدن مواد شوینده به عنوان محصول مهم و کاربردی در روزهای کرونایی هستیم که به گفته تولیدکنندگان، افزایش قیمت مواد اولیه باعث این گرانی شده، اما مجلسی‌ها معتقدند دستگاه‌های مسؤول دولتی باید نظارت بیش‌تری بر نحوه و میزان رشد قیمت محصولات شوینده داشته باشند.

به گزارش روزنامه «صبح امروز» و به نقل از فارس، با وجود وعده رئیس جمهور برای عدم افزایش قیمت کالاها در ماه‌های پایانی عمر دولت، همچنان شاهد افزایش قیمت محصولات هستیم که مواد شوینده یکی از این تولیدات به شمار می‌رود. کارخانه‌های مواد شوینده در حالی قیمت تولیدات را 25 درصد افزایش داده‌اند و برخی نیز حتی به مصوبه قیمت‌گذاری پای‌بند نبوده و افزایش بالای 25 درصد قیمت را در تولیداتشان اعمال کرده‌اند که به گفته مجلسی‌ها در شرایط کرونایی که تولید و فروش مواد شوینده رشد قابل توجهی دارد، باید حساسیت بیشتری نسبت به نرخ گذاری در این بخش صورت گیرد تا مردم در خرید و مصرف این کالاها با مشکل روبرو نشوند.

در این زمینه، حجت الله فیروزی، عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس، شوینده‌ها را در دوران کرونا اصلی ترین کالا در سبد خرید خانوار دانست و نسبت به افزایش قیمت این کالاها انتقاد کرد.

وی درباره ورود مجلس به افزایش قیمت‌ مواد شوینده و نگرانی‌های مردم اظهار داشت: توقع می‌رود در سال جدید با کاهش روند قیمت‌گذاریِ ارز، شاهد افزایش قیمت و گرانی مواد شوینده نباشیم.

فیروزی ادامه داد: پس از همه گیری کرونا، مصرف مواد شوینده در جامعه بیشتر شده است، لذا شوینده ها امروز به عنوان محصولاتِ اساسیِ سبد خانوار هستند که هزینه بالایی به خود اختصاص می‌دهند.

وی، شرایط اقتصادی مردم را نامناسب و کسب و کارها را رو به تعطیلی دانست و تاکید کرد: توقع داشتیم تولیدکنندگان مواد شوینده همکاری بهتری در این قضیه داشته باشند.

فیروزی با بیان اینکه همیشه نباید به سمت تولیدکننده غش کرد، این سوال را مطرح کرد که سازمان حمایت تولیدکنندگان چند بار عوامل اثرگذار بر زیان تولیدکننده را بررسی کرده است؟

مواد اولیه گران شده است

در این مورد بختیار علم بیگی، رئیس انجمن صنایع شوینده، آرایشی و بهداشتی نیز با اعلام اینکه هیچ مجوزی برای افزایش 25درصدیِ قیمت شوینده ها در خردادماه صادر نشده است، گفت: از هفته گذشته قیمت ها تغییر یافته، چراکه قیمت مواد اولیه گران شده است.

علم بیگی تاکید کرد: ما برای تولید و خالی نبودنِ ویترین مغازه ها اجبارا این تغییر قیمت را انجام دادیم.

به گفته وی، تولید مواد شوینده در دست بخش خصوصی است و لذا مدیریت های اعمال شده به گونه‌ای است که شرکت‌ها ورشکسته نشوند.

وی افزود: بارها اعلام کردیم قیمت پایه مواد پتروشیمی دارای اشکال است و باید بررسی شود. آنها قیمت مواد اولیه را منهای 5 درصد قیمت فوبِ جهانی(قیمت کالای وارداتی روی عرشه کشتی) محاسبه می‌کنند و از طرفی، نرخ ارز روز را در قیمت گذاری دخیل می‌دانند و این جای اشکال است.

علم بیگی این رویه را موجب زیان کارخانه‌های محصولات شوینده دانست و تاکید کرد: در نتیجه چنین روندی، برخی محصولات به صورت هفتگی با افزایش قیمت رو به رو می‌شوند.

گرانی بیشتر از نرخ مصوب توسط تولیدکنندگان محصولات شوینده

اواسط خردادماه امسال انجمن تولیدکنندگان محصولات شوینده در ابلاغیه‌ای اعلام کرد که با توجه به افزایش هزینه‌های مواد اولیه و سایر نهاده‌های تولید، قیمت مایع دستشویی، مایع ظرفشویی، پودر و مایع لباسشویی و صابون 25 درصد گران خواهد شد. همچنین حداکثر تخفیف مجاز برای محصولات پودر لباسشویی دستی و ماشینی و همچنین صابون 10 درصد و سایر کالاهای اساسی از جمله مایع دستشویی، مایع ظرفشویی و شامپو نیز 15 درصد اعلام شد.

با این وجود ظاهرا برخی تولیدکنندگان قیمت محصولات خود را بیش از رقم مصوب، افزایش داده اند و گرانی بالای 25 درصد را بر روی تولیدات خود اعمال کرده‌اند که این مسئله نیازمند نظارت بیشتر دستگاه‌های مسئول است.

البته خرداد امسال که مصوبه افزایش 25 درصدی قیمت محصولات شوینده نیز رونمایی شد، علم بیگی رئیس انجمن صنایع شوینده، آرایشی و بهداشتی اعلام کرد که این عدد صرفا ناشی از افشای اطلاعات شرکت‌های بورسی است و تولیدکنندگان محصولات شوینده با توجه به رشد قیمت مواد اولیه، افزایش ۵۰ تا ۶۰ درصدی محصولات خود را تقاضا کرده‌اند که ما در انجمن بر روی میزان افزایش قیمت داریم بررسی‌ها را انجام می‌دهیم تا در نتیجه آن قیمت‌ها از حد مورد انتظار تولیدکنندگان پایین‌تر بیاید.

فیروزی، عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس در این مورد با بیان اینکه مواد شوینده در ماه‌های پایانی سال گذشته گران شد، گفت: ابتدای امسال رئیس جمهور مطرح کرد که بیش از این افزایش قیمتی نخواهیم داشت، اما شاهد بودیم که قیمت مواد شوینده ۲۵ درصد افزایش یافت، حتی تولیدکنندگان به این درصد نیز اکتفا نکرده و در حال حاضر بهای برخی از شوینده‌ها بیش از این عدد رشد داشته است.

وی با انتقاد از عدم نظارت بر بازار کالاهای اساسی، ادامه داد: فروش تولیدکنندگان با توجه به افزایش استفاده از مواد شوینده در زمان کرونا، رونق گرفته است. بنابراین عواید بیشتری نصیب تولیدکنندگان می‌شود و در این شرایط به منظور حمایت از مردم، نه تنها مواد شوینده نباید افزایش قیمتی داشته باشد، بلکه باید با ثبات قیمت نیز روبه رو باشد.

عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس تصریح کرد: سازمان حمایت از مصرف کنندگان با نظارت و کنترل‌های بیشتر باید از افزایش قیمت‌ها جلوگیری کند تا مردم از استفاده از این اقلام محروم نشوند.
