چالشی بین داشتن کمردرد و علاقه به لاغری!

در یادداشت قبلی نوشتیم که خیلی از تمریناتی که به منظور کوچک شدن شکم انجام می‌دهیم نه تنها تاثیری بر لاغری ندارد، بلکه ممکن است باعث کمر درد هم شود. حالا اگر فردی از گذشته مبتلا به آسیبی باشد بخصوص آسیب‌های ناحیه کمری، تمرینات باید با احتیاط بیشتر و با ترتیب مشخص‌تری انجام شوند.
یکی از اصلی‌ترین دلایل کمر درد، ضعف عضلات اطراف کمری، کوتاهی عضلات یا گودی کمر است که این‌ها ساده‌ترین علل کمر درد هستند و معمولا در مدت کوتاهی با تمرینات اصولی، درد کاهش زیادی پیدا می‌کند. نکته مهم اینجاست که باید علت اصلی کمردرد مشخص باشد؛ اگر کمردرد به دلیل ضعف باشد با تقویت یک مجموعه عضله به نام کُر (core) که مرکز ثقل، پایه و تکیه‌گاه اصلی بدن است درد کاهش یابد.
عضلات کر در بدن مانند پی و اسکلت‌بندی در ساختمان هستند که اگر ساختمانی اسکلت‌بندی مناسبی نداشته باشد با خطر سقوط و تخریب روبه‌رو است همانطور که با ضعف، عضلات کر با درد و ناتوانی مواجه می‌شود. این مجموعه عضلات شامل کف لگن، پشت، شکم، عضله زیر شش‌ها و تا حدودی عضلات باسن هستند.
در صورت ضعف این عضلات هر تمرین سنگین یا هر افزایش وزن باعث فشار بیشتر به ستون فقرات می‌گردد، چون هیچ حمایتی ندارد. قبل از هرکاری باید کر را تقویت کرد و قطعا تمریناتی مانند دراز و نشست هیچ نقشی در این زمینه ندارند. پس قبل از انجام هر حرکت سنگینی از این بابت که کر شما به عنوان ستون و مرکز نگهداری بدن توانایی انجام آن کار را دارد یا خیر مطمئن شوید. از نشانه‌های اصلی ضعف کر سر به جلو آمده، پشت گرد، شانه‌های چرخیده به جلو و کمر گود است. این وضعیت در اکثر خانم‌هایی که ۳۰ سال به بالا دارند شایع است و بعد از بارداری به مراتب بدتر هم خواهد شد.
از مهم‌ترین عضلات کر، عضله کف لگن است. این عضله در صورتی‌که ما بی‌اختیاری در ادرار داشته باشیم، بسیار ضعیف است؛ یعنی در مواقعی مانند عطسه، سرفه، خنده و ورزش کردن و…
بهترین تمرین برای تقویت آن، تمرینات کگل است، به این صورت که شما باید به طور مداوم این عضله را منقبض نگه دارید. این کار را در تمام مواقع می‌توانید انجام دهید؛ سرکار و موقع انجام کارهای خانه و از همه راحتتر در زمان خوابیده به پشت. برای پیدا کردن این عضله مهم، باید در زمان ادرار برای چند لحظه ادرار را متوقف کنید تا متوجه شوید با کدام عضله این کار را انجام می‌دهید، این همان عضله کف لگن است که بهترین تمرین برای آن، انقباض و نگه‌داشتن انقباض است.
بهتر است ۱۰ بار این عمل را در حداکثر زمانی که می‌توانید، تکرار کنید. برای تقویت سایر عضلات کر از تمرین خوابیده به پشت و تنفس صحیح که تمام عضلات را درگیر می‌کند استفاده می‌کنیم. در یادداشت بعدی به توضیح کامل درباره انجام تنفس صحیح می‌پردازیم. نکته اینجاست زمانی‌که درد کمر کاهش یافت به تمرینات اصلی که بیشترین میزان کالری‌سوزی دارد می‌پردازیم.
