ناتوانی رشدی 15 درصد از کودکان

رئیس اداره آموزش و پرورش استثنائی خراسان رضوی گفت: به جهت اطمینان خاطر و حفظ سلامتی والدین و دانش آموزان، تعداد پایگاه های طرح سنجش سلامت جسمانی و آمادگی جسمانی نوآموزان بدو ورود به دبستان را در استان از 68 پایگاه به 110 پایگاه افزایش داده ایم.
به گزارش روزنامه صبح امروز، مهدی قاسمی پور در جلسه ستاد اجرایی طرح سنجش سلامت جسمانی و آمادگی تحصیلی نوآموزان بدو ورود به دبستان و پیش دبستانی در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 که در مجتمع آموزشی، فرهنگی و توان بخشی امام رضا (ع) برگزار شد افزود: بر اساس آمارهای بدست آمده ۱۰ تا ۱۵ درصد کودکان به نحوی دارای مشکلات جسمی، حسی و یا ناتوانی رشدی هستند و با تشخیص به موقع و به هنگام و هدایت آنان به مراکز توانبخشی، مشاوره ای و پزشکی میتوان از مشکلات آموزشی، رفتاری و بهداشتی و بروز معلولیتهای ثانویه در آن ها جلوگیری نماییم.
غربالگری 11هزار نوآموز
وی اظهار کرد: در سال تحصیلی گذشته بیش از ۱۱۹ هزار دانش آموز بدو ورود به دبستان و همچنین بیش از ۱۱ هزار نوآموز پیش دبستانی در ۶۸ پایگاه اولیه ثابت و پنج پایگاه تخصصی استان مورد غربالگری قرار گرفتند.
قاسمی پور ادامه داد: پیش بینی می کنیم بیش از 134 هزار نوآموز دبستان و پیش دبستان در طرح سنجش سلامت در سال تحصیلی پیش رو در استان خراسان رضوی شرکت نمایند. در سال تحصیلی 1400-1399 قرار است ۱۲۲ هزار نوآموز بدو ورود به دبستان و ۱۲ هزار نوآموز پیش دبستانی استان در ۱۱۰ پایگاه اولیه و پنج پایگاه تخصصی مورد غربالگری قرار گیرند و استان خراسان رضوی بیشترین آمار شرکت کننده در طرح سنجش سلامت بدو ورود دانش آموزان و نوآموزان را در کشور به خود اختصاص داده است.
رئیس اداره آموزش و پرورش استثنائی خراسان رضوی در زمینه زمان اجرای طرح سنجش سلامت دانش آموزان بدو ورود به دبستان گفت: نوبت گیری برای دانش آموزان بدو ورود به دبستان از تاریخ هفتم تیرماه آغاز خواهد شد و پایگاه ها از تاریخ ۱۷ تیرماه ۹۹ کار اجرایی سنجش و غربالگری را آغاز خواهند نمود. همچنین با توجه به شرایط کرونایی ثبت نام و نوبت گیری نوآموزان دوره پیش دبستانی نیز احتمالا در نیمه اول مهرماه و اجرای طرح نیز از نیمه دوم مهرماه ۹۹ آغاز خواهد شد.
وی در زمینه جزئیات اجرای طرح سنجش سلامت دانش آموزان بدو ورود به دبستان عنوان کرد: به دلیل شرایط کرونایی تعداد پایگاه ها را در استان افزایش داده ایم. همچنین تعداد پذیرش روزانه را نیز در هر پایگاه کاهش داده ایم و در هر پایگاه حداکثر تا سقف ۲۰ نفر مورد ارزیابی قرار خواهند گرفت. ساعات کاری پایگاه ها پنج ساعت بوده و در برخی مناطق پایگاه ها به صورت دو شیفت مشغول بکار خواهند بود. همچنین نوبت دهی در سامانه به گونه ای تنظیم گردیده است که فاصله نوبت دهی بین 15 الی 30 دقیقه و از شنبه تا پنج شنبه هر هفته است.
قاسمی پور در مورد هزینه طرح سنجش سلامت افزود: هزینه انجام طرح سنجش سلامت برای هر دانش آموز مبلغ ۴۰ هزار تومان خواهد بود و در برخی مناطق محروم نیز نیمه بهاء است، ضمن اینکه طرح برای دانش آموزان عشایری کاملا رایگان می باشد.
رایگان بودن اقدامات تخصصی برای نوآموزان
وی ادامه داد: دانش آموز در صورت وجود مشکل و نیاز به ارجاع تخصصی پس از پایان غربالگری و ارزیابی های اولیه پایگاه سنجش سلامت به مراکز تخصصی سنجش بینایی، شنوایی، جسمی حرکتی، هوش و طیف اتیسم مراجعه نموده و پس از ارزیابی های تخصصی فوق، مجددا به پایگاه های اولیه سنجش سلامت مراجعه کرده و نتیجه ارزیابی های تخصصی را به مسئول پایگاه ارائه می دهد. همچنین ذکر این نکته مهم است که در مرحله تخصصی تمام اقدامات و هزینه ها رایگان است.
رئیس اداره آموزش و پرورش استثنائی خراسان رضوی در ادامه بیان کرد: تمامی پایگاههای مجری طرح سنجش سلامت روزانه ضدعفونی میشود و رعایت پورتکل های بهداشتی توسط مجریان طرح در همه پایگاه ها الزامی است و از خانوادهها انتظار داریم با مراجعه به موقع به پایگاه های سنجش در بازه زمانی مشخص شده ما را در اجرای بهتر طرح یاری نمایند.
افزایش تعدادپایگاهها برای رعایت پروتکلهای بهداشتی
قاسمی پور الزام بر رعایت پروتکل های بهداشتی تک تک عوامل اجرایی طرح سنجش در پایگاه های اولیه و تخصصی، افزایش تعداد پایگاه ها، تخصیص اتاق انتظار برای والدین تا انجام مراحل کامل طرح سنجش، کم کردن تعداد مراجعین، تعیین فاصله زمانی 30 دقیقه ای برای نوبت دهی، افزایش ساعت کاری پایگاه، الزام دانش آموز و همراه وی به داشتن ماسک در ابتدای ورود به پایگاه سنجش، ضدعفونی نمودن تمامی ابزارهای مورد استفاده در ارتباط با هر مراجعه کننده، ثبت نام عوامل اجرایی به تعداد دو بار در هفته در سامانه سلامت جهت پایش سلامت فردی، رعایت فاصله 1/8 متری، الزام تمامی عوامل به استفاده از ماسک معمولی و دستکش را از جمله اقداماتی دانست که جهت جلوگیری از شیوع بیماری کرونا در حین اجرای طرح انجام میشود.
رئیس اداره آموزش و پرورش استثنائی خراسان رضوی در پایان اظهار داشت: والدین گرامی باید با در دست داشتن پرینت نوبت دهی اینترنتی، کارت واکسیناسیون، معرفی نامه عکس دار ممهور به مهر آموزشگاه، یک قطعه عکس سه در چهار و مبلغ 40 هزار تومان جهت هزینه غربالگری ها در تاریخ های مشخص شده به پایگاه های طرح سنجش سلامت مراجعه نمایند.
