عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس میگوید از آنجایی که رشد ۱۵ درصدی حقوق نسبت به تورم کنونی کمتر است، نمیتواند تاثیر چندانی در بهبود وضعیت معیشت و اقتصاد خانوار داشته باشد.
حمید گرمابی عضو کمیسیون صنایع و معادن مجلس شورای اسلامی درباره افزایش 15 درصدی حقوق کارمندان در لایحه بودجه سال 99، گفت: از آنجایی که کشور در جنگ اقتصادی به سر میبرد، علیرغم اینکه براساس قانون خدمات کشوری رشد حقوق باید متناسب با نرخ تورم سالانه باشد اما دولت توان افزایش 40 درصدی حقوق کارمندان را ندارد.
افزایش 15 درصدی حقوق در سال آینده مغایر با قانون است
نماینده مردم نیشابور و فیروزه در مجلس شورای اسلامی با بیان اینکه افزایش 15 درصدی حقوق در سال آینده مغایر با قانون است، افزود: در صورتی که دولت درصدد افزایش حقوق، متناسب با نرخ تورم باشد نمی تواند کسری بودجه را جبران کند.
وی اظهار کرد: از آنجایی که رشد 15 درصدی حقوق نسبت به تورم کنونی کمتر است، نمی تواند تاثیر چندانی در بهبود وضعیت معیشت و اقتصاد خانوار داشته باشد.
ضرورت خلق منابع مالی جدید برای افزایش حقوق کارمندان در سال آینده
این نماینده مردم در مجلس دهم با بیان اینکه می توان با خلق منابع مالی جدید زمینه افزایش حقوق کارمندان در سال آینده را فراهم کرد، اضافه کرد: می توان از روشی که در سال جاری برای رشد حقوق در نظر گرفته شد در سال 99 نیز استفاده کرد به گونه ای که رقمی ثابت به حقوق تمامی افراد افزوده شود و در مرحله دوم به روش پلکانی معکوس حقوق ها افزایش یابد.
