طرح فروش روزنامه توسط نوجوانان در مشهد متوقف شد
معاون امور اجتماعی اداره کل بهزیستی خراسان رضوی گفت: طرح فروش روزنامه در چهارراه‌ها و خیابان‌های مشهد توسط نوجوانان 15 تا 18 ساله، متوقف شد.
غلامحسین حقدادی افزود: این طرح با هدف حمایت از نوجوانان، ایجاد فرصتی تحت نظارت برای فعالیت اقتصادی این قشر، جلوگیری از دستفروشی، حمایت از حقوق کودکان و نوجوانان و کمک به فراهم شدن شرایط برای ادامه تحصیل آنان همزمان با کار اجرا شده بود.
وی ادامه داد: طبق قانون نوجوانان 15 تا 18 ساله با کارهای سبک و تعداد ساعت کمتر می توانند کار کنند اما با توجه به اینکه طرح فروش روزنامه از تاثیر پیش بینی شده برخوردار نبود ادامه اجرای آن متوقف شد و از این پس هیچ کودک و نوجوانی با کاور بهزیستی اقدام به فروش روزنامه نمی کند.
معاون امور اجتماعی اداره کل بهزیستی خراسان رضوی گفت: در صورت فعالیت و مشاهده کودکان زیر 15 سال و اقدام به فروش روزنامه با عاملان آن برخورد قانونی می شود. فعالیت اقتصادی کودکان زیر 15 سال به عنوان کودکان کار تلقی می شود که وجهه قانونی ندارد.
وی افزود: بین 40 تا 80 نوجوان 15 تا 18 ساله در مشهد زیر پوشش اجرای این طرح قرار داشتند. طی هماهنگی با اداره کل فنی و حرفه ای خراسان رضوی در جهت توانمندسازی این افراد و خانواده های آنان طرحی مورد پیگیری است که اطلاعات تکمیلی در آینده ای نزدیک اعلام می شود.
