پررنگ شدن سهم ازبکها در تجارت
رئیس هیئت مدیره و مدیرعامل نمایشگاه بینالمللی مشهد با اشاره به برگزاری نمایشگاه اختصاصی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ازبکستان همزمان با حضور رئیس جمهور در این کشور گفت: تحولات سیاسی صورتگرفته در کشور ازبکستان موجب تغییر رویکرد این کشور در توسعه روابط اقتصادی با ایران شده است.
به گزارش سایت خانه صنعت خراسان رضوی، علیرضا هوشنگنژاد روز چهارشنبه در نشست تخصصی فعالین اقتصادی استان که به منظور بررسی راههای ورود به بازار ازبکستان برگزار شد، افزود: امسال موفق شدیم مجوز برگزاری سه نمایشگاه اختصاصی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را در ازبکستان، تاجیکستان و کازان روسیه بگیریم. دو نمایشگاه تخصصی هم در زمینه صنایع غذایی در هفته سبز برلین در آلمان و کشور ویتنام برگزار میشود.
وی اضافه کرد: همچنین در حال بررسی بازار های عمان و گرجستان هستیم. سایر برنامهها در زمینه برگزاری نمایشگاههای جمهوری اسلامی ایران در کشورهای هدف نیز در دست بررسی است.

ازبکها اشتباه محاسباتی خود را اصلاح میکنند
در ادامه این جلسه، رایزن اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ازبکستان نیز در این جلسه گفت: رئیس جمهور جدید ازبکستان معتقد است دولت سابق این کشور در روابط خود با ایران دچار اشتباه محاسباتی شده و فرصتهایی را برای همکاریهای اقتصادی از دست داده است. از این رو تیم جدید درصدد جبران این اشتباهات و افزایش همکاریهای اقتصادی در راستای منافع دو کشور است.
جواد کنعانی با اشاره به اینکه حجم تجارت رسمی ایران با ازبکستان ٢٠٠ میلیون دلار است، افزود: با این حال، تجارت واقعی بیشتر از این ارقام است. در این زمینه آمار غیررسمی از تجارت بیش از ۴٢٠ میلیون دلار در سال گذشته حکایت میکند. این رقم در زمینههای پتروشیمی، پروژههای آب، برق و گاز، و خدمات فنی مهندسی بهسرعت در حال رشد است.
وی با اشاره به تلاش وزارت امور خارجه کشورمان در رفع مشکلات گمرکی، تعرفهای و ترانزیتی بین دو کشور گفت: از دوره کریماف، سیاست انقباضی در تجارت اعمال و تعرفههای تجاری ازبکستان برای کالاهای ایرانی دوبرابر سایر کشورها بود.
این موضوع به کاهش حضور ایران در بازار ازبکستان منجر شده بود که توافقاتی دراینباره حاصل شده است، چنانکه قرار شد ١٠٠ کالا از توانمندیهای صادراتی ایران به ازبکستان معرفی، و ضریب یک برای این کالاها اعمال شود.
رایزن اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در ازبکستان با اشاره به اصلاح تعرفههای گمرکی از سوی دولت جدید ازبکستان گفت: برای دو هزار و ٢٠٠ قلم کالای وارداتی که تولیدات خود ازبکستان نیست حداقل تعرفه را اعمال کردهاند. بنابراین شرایط به لحاظ تعرفهای بسیار مساعدتر از گذشته است. به لحاظ مقررات گمرکی نیز یکی از موانع، فک پلمب محمولههای ایرانی به مقصد سایر کشورها از سوی گمرک ازبکستان بود که مشکلاتی برای تجار ایرانی ایجاد کرده بود و اکنون با مذاکرات انجامشده برطرف شده است.
وی ادامه داد: از دیگر تحولات صورتگرفته تسهیل مقررات ارزی در این کشور است. در گذشته، حداقل سه نرخ ارز در این کشور وجود داشت ولی اکنون با اجرای سیاست آزادسازی ارزی از سوی ازبکستان، ارز در سیستم بانکی و در بازار آزاد این کشور تکنرخی، و ورود و خروج ارز در تجارت قانونی و رسمی آزاد است.
کنعانی با اشاره به اهمیت بازار ازبکستان به عنوان پرجمعیتترین کشور آسیای میانه با ٣٢ میلیون جمعیت گفت: بهبود روابط با ازبکستان بر روابط ما با سایر کشورهای منطقه تأثیری مثبت خواهد داشت، چنانکه تاکنون طرف ازبک برای خرید نفت اقدام کرده است و همزمان با سفر رئیس جمهور به این کشور، قراردادی دراینباره امضا خواهد شد. همچنین مذاکراتی برای امضای قرارداد یکمیلیارددلاری در حوزه پتروشیمی در حال انجام است. یادداشت تفاهم مقدماتی نیز دراینباره به امضا رسیده است. وی افزود: سفر آتی رئیس جمهور برای دو طرف اهمیت زیادی دارد زیرا دولت جدید میخواهد نشان دهد که سیاستهای دولت قبلی در قبال ایران اشتباه بوده است. از این رو، برگزاری نمایشگاههای تخصصی در این کشور بسیار مهم است.
