یکی از رشتههای موفق ورزش بانوان مشهد در سال۹۶ رشته دوومیدانی بود که ورزش کاران آن توانستند درخشش خوبی در میادین کشوری و بین المللی داشته باشند. این درحالی رقم خورد که شاهد چهرهها و قهرمانان جدیدی از مشهد در دوومیدانی بودیم که نشان از داشتن یک برنامه مشخص برای استعدادیابی و پرورش قهرمان بوده و میتوان نتیجه تلاش را در کسب مدالها و بر روی سکوها دید.
سال گذشته بیشترین تعداد حضور در تیم ملی را ورزشکاران خراسانی به خود اختصاص دادند و ۱۰ ورزشکار به همراه یک مربی در مسابقات آسیایی دوومیدانی شرکت کرده و سه مدال نقره و برنز کسب کردند. حالا با شروع سال۹۷ ، نایب رئیس بانوان هیئت دوومیدانی خراسان رضوی امسال را زمان نتیجه گیری میداند و معتقد است شاهد مقام آوریهای زیـادی ازسوی دختران استان خواهیم بود.
درحال حاضر در مشهد، سه پیست دوومیدانی وجود دارد و راه را برای گسترش این ورزش مناسبتر میکند. با این حال نیاز است تا شرایط استفاده و بهرهمندی ورزشکاران از این پیستها بیش از پیش شود. هما بیگی، نایب رئیس بانوان هیئت دوومیدانی خراسان رضوی درباره برنامههای پیشرو در سال۹۷ اظهار کرد: امسال قرار است از زحمات سالهای دیگر بهره ببریم و هرچه سال گذشته کاشتهایم، امسال برداشت کنیم، زیرا در سال۹۶ تمام تمرکز ما بر روی استعدادیابی و پـرورش ورزشکار بود و حالا میخواهیم شاهد افتخارآفرینی آنها باشیم و ورزشکاران بیشتری را راهی تیمهای ملی کنیم و امید زیادی به این موضوع داریم.
وی ادامه داد: سال گذشته طرح مدرسه به مدرسه را پیاده کردیم و در مدارس به دنبال قهرمان گشتیم. خوشبختانه از نتایج این طرح راضی بودیم، اما در میانه راه آموزش و پرورش دست ما را بست و نتوانستیم این طـرح را به صـورت گسترده ادامه دهیم. زیرا نامهای ازسوی آموزش و پرورش به مدارس ابلاغ شد که براساس آن هیچ مربی ورزشـی غیر از شاغل در آموزش و پرورش اجازه حضور در مدارس را نداشتند. ایـن درحالی است که تقریبا تمامی هیئتهای ورزشی تمایل به ارتباط و استعدادیابی در سنین پایه و مدارس را دارند و متأسفانه این تصمیم سد راه ما شده است. با این حال به دلیل حضورم در آموزش و پرورش توانستیم در نواحی ۲ ،۵ ،۶ و تا حدودی ۴ استعدادیابی را از مقطع اول دبستان تا دبیرستان انجام دهیم.
بیگی با بیان اینکه بیش از ۷۰۰ دانش آموز استعدادیابی شدند، گفت: در این میان دخترانی با تواناییهای بسیار خوبی حضور داشتند که پس از شناسایی تمرینات تخصصی و آموزشی برای آنان برگزار شد و حالا میتوانند در رقابتهای کشوری حرفی برای گفتن داشته باشند، مصداق چنین کاری پرورش استعدادهایی همچون تکتم دستاربندان و بهاره جهان تیغ از مدارس بود که حالا توانستهاند مدالهای بین المللی نیز کسب کنند و لباس تیم ملی را بپوشند.
نایب رئیس بانوان هیئت دوومیدانی خراسان رضوی با اشـاره به حضور خراسانیها در اردوی تیم ملی خاطر نشان کرد: درحال حاضر اردوی تیم ملی نوجوانان و جوانان در تهران در حال پیگیری است که تکتم دستاربندان دونده ۸۰۰ متر، لیلا جوانمرد دونده ۴۰۰ و ۸۰۰ متر و سمیرا خداترس دونده ۳هزار متر به همراه حمیده جوان به عنوان مربی در اردو حضور دارند و خود را برای مسابقات خردادماه که به میزبانی ژاپن برگزار میشود، آماده میکنند.
وی همچنین درباره مسابقات کشوری پیش رو گفت: در اوایل اردیبهشت ماه مسابقات لیگ طلایی برگزار میشود و بعد از آن مسابقات قهرمانی نوجوانان و جوانان را در پیش خواهیم داشت.
بیگی همچنین درباره گلایه تعدادی از ورزشکاران که در ایام نوروز با درهای بسته سالن باغبانباشی روبــه رو شدند و برای برگزاری تمرینات خود باید به دنبال پیست دیگری میگشتند، اظهار کرد: در سالهای گذشته همیشه از ۵ فروردین ماه سالن برای تمرین ورزشکاران باز بود، اما به دلیل ایام تعطیلات استقبالی از آن صورت نمیگرفت و امسال تصمیم گرفتیم به دلیل بـالابـودن هزینههای نگهداری و روشن نگه داشتن سیستمهای سالن در این مدت باغبانباشی تعطیل باشد، اما پس از گذشت مدتی تعدادی از ورزشکاران اعلام کردند که میخواهند در سالن تمرین کنند و از حدود ۱۰فروردین استفاده از سالن ممکن بود و میتوانستند تمرینات خود را ادامه دهند، همچنین دو پیست دیگر استاد صابری در دانشگاه فردوسی و پیست روباز تختی نیز قابل استفاده برای ورزشکاران است.
