مشهد ظرفیت‌های بسیاری در گردشگری مذهبی دارد
رئیس سازمان میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری گفت: در بخش گردشگری مذهبی ظرفیت‌های بالایی داریم و می‌توان از «مشهد» به‌عنوان نمونه آن نام برد.
علی اصغر مونسان روز سه شنبه در گفت‌وگو با شبکه تلویزیونی العالم افزود: علاوه بر این بخش گردشگرهای فرهنگی زیادی در دنیا وجود دارند که علاقه‌مندی آن‌ها بازدید از موزه‌ها، آثار تاریخی، تمدن‌های کهن و بازدید ازشهر‌های تاریخی است. از این حیث نیز مشهد، یزد، اصفهان وتبریز باتوجه به آثار تاریخی فراوانی که دارند می‌توانند گردشگرهای خارجی را جذب کنند.
وی اضافه کرد: تسهیلات بسیاری برای ورود گردشگر خارجی مهیا شده است و برای ۱۸۰ کشور روادید فرودگاهی سه ماهه صادر می‌شود.
مونسان فزود: برای ۱۸۰۰ کشور روادید فرودگاهی سه ماهه صادر می‌کنیم و بواسطه فرهنگی بودن کشور همکاری‌های مشترک خوب و زیادی با یونسکو داریم.
رئیس سازمان میراث فرهنگی گفت: صنعت گردشگری در بسیاری از کشور‌ها نقش جدی در تولید ناخالص داخلی کشور‌ها ایفا می‌کند و متأسفانه در ایران این عدد ناچیز است و حدود ۲.۵ تا ۲.۹ درصد تولید ناخالص داخلی را تشکیل می‌دهد که با توجه به ظرفیت‌های زیادی که ایران دارد این عدد بسیار پایین است.
وی با بیان اینکه اکنون تعداد گردشگر ایرانی که از کشور خارج می‌شود، تقریباً ۲ برابر گردشگری است که به کشور وارد می‌شود گفت: در ایران با این سابقه تاریخی این معادله باید برعکس باشد.
مونسان تاکید کرد: مسئولان کشور باید نگاهشان را به گردشگری ویژه‌تر کنند و باید بپذیریم که بخش گردشگری می‌تواند به کشور کمک شایانی کند، در اجرای اقتصاد مقاومتی، ایجاد درآمد و اشتغال نقش بسزایی دارد.
وی با اشاره به اینکه هر کشور اصول، قوانین و فرهنگی دارد گفت: بخش کوچک آن گردشگری تفریحی است که در ایران گردشگری فرهنگی، ورزشی و علمی داریم و گردشگری تفریحی بخش کوچکی است که در فضای گردشگری حلال با توجه به گسترده بودن کشور‌های جهان می‌تواند درآمد زیادی برای کشور ایجاد کند.
مونسان با تاکید بر اینکه بسیاری از گردشگرهای ما از کشور‌های اروپایی هستند که علاقه‌مند به دیدن آثار تاریخی و موزه‌های ارزشمند کشورمان هستند افزود: سالانه پذیرای پنج میلیون گردشگر خارجی هستیم در حالی که در منطقه کشور‌هایی با جغرافیا و تاریخ محدود داریم که چهار تا پنج برابر ما جذب گردشگر دارند، بنابراین ضوابط اسلامی را محدودکننده برای گردشگر نمی‌دانیم.
رئیس سازمان میراث‌فرهنگی، صنایع‌دستی و گردشگری با بیان اینکه گردشگری حلال فقط شامل کشور‌های اسلامی نمی‌شود گفت: غذای حلال که مختص کشور‌های اسلامی نیست، ما اعتقاد داریم که فضای گردشگری در کشور فضای تفریح با امنیت و آرامش است و خانواده‌ها می‌توانند از این فضا به‌خوبی بهره ببرند.
مونسان افزود: رسالت انسانی ایجاد فضا‌های نامطلوبی را که گناه در آن انجام می‌شود نمی‌پذیرد، از همین رو ایجاد فضا‌های گردشگری و تفریحی که در آن گناه ترویج می‌شود خیلی مطلوب ذات انسانیت نیست و خیلی از انسان‌ها از آن دوری می‌کنند.
رئیس سازمان میراث‌فرهنگی، صنایع‌دستی و گردشگری گفت: سند توسعه کشور همان قانون برنامه ششم است از همین رو مجلس تصویب کرده که تا سال ۲۰۲۵ باید گردشگران از ۵ میلیون نفر به ۲۰ میلیون نفر افزایش پیدا کند و من امید دارم با کمک دولت و مجلس به این هدف بزرگ با توجه به امکانات و ظرفیت‌هایی که داریم برسیم.
مونسان با اشاره به اینکه زیرساخت‌های کشور خوب است و اقامتگاه‌های کشورمان متناسب با ظرفیت‌های تاریخی است افزود: حدود ۳۴۰۰ مکان برای اقامت گردشگر داریم که ۱۱۰۰ عدد آن هتل است، اما معتقدیم گردشگری که وارد ایران می‌شود به‌دنبال بوم‌گردی است.
وی گفت: بخشی از فضا‌های تاریخی خود را به مکانی برای اقامت توریست تبدیل کردیم، زیرا هتل‌های لوکس در تمام کشور‌های دنیا وجود دارد، اما اکنون ده‌ها هتل مدرن و لوکس در حال ساخت و حدود صد‌ها مکان تاریخی برای اقامت داریم.
مونسان افزود: در بخش گردشگری در سیاست‌های اقتصاد مقاومتی حمایت‌های خوبی شدیم از همین رو تسهیلات و زیرساخت‌های خوبی مهیا کنیم تا سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی در کشور در این بخش رایج شود.
وی تأکید کرد: سرمایه‌گذاری‌های داخلی در بخش گردشگری به‌خوبی در حال انجام است، اما باید سرمایه‌گذاری گردشگری در بخش خارجی رواج پیدا کند، به همین دلیل قانون حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی در کشور وجود دارد که قانون مترقی نیز است و حمایت کافی از سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی در کشور می‌کند.
رئیس سازمان میراث فرهنگی، صنایع دستی و گردشگری با بیان اینکه در بخش پزشکی و گردشگری سلامت مسیر رو به رشدی داریم گفت: در جهان دارای جایگاه خوبی هستیم و روند خوبی داریم به همین دلیل گردشگران زیادی در این بخش وارد کشور می‌شوند که یکی از دلایل آن این است که ما در این بخش تجهیزات و کادر پزشکی خوبی داریم.
