قفس طلایی را دوست نداریم
شاید در شلوغی عزاداری های محرم خیلیها فراموش کردند که هفتهای که در حال سپری شدن است، هفته سالمندان نام دارد. به همین بهانه به پارک ملت رفتیم تا شرایط را از خود این افراد که معمولا پاتوقی در مرکز این پارک دارند جویا شویم.
به سراغ چند مرد سالمند که دور یک میز شطرنج نشستهاند و صحبت میکنند میرویم و پس از احوالپرسی و کسب اجازه میخواهیم تا با آنها در مورد مشکلاتشان در این دوره سنی گفتگو کنیم.
علی که بازنشسته است با این سوال که «از کجا بگویم؟»، میگوید: همه چیز سخت شده، دیگر توان و حوصله رانندگی را ندارم و از ترافیک بیزارم، برای همین مجبورم با اتوبوس رفت و آمد کنم ولی با این درد زانو، سوار شدن بر این اتوبوسها با ارتفاع زیاد مشکل است، همسرم هم باید با ویلچر حمل شود و عملا استفاده از اتوبوس برایش غیرممکن شده و در ایستگاههای بی آر تی که اتوبوس و ایستگاه هم سطح باید باشند راننده حتی به خودش زحمت نمیدهد سطح اتوبوس را پایینتر بیاورد، از طرفی حقوق پایین بازنشستگی امکان استفاده از تاکسی را هم به ما نمیدهد.
جدای از این مسائل الکترونیکی شدن خدمات بانکی هم دردسری تازه ایجاد کرده است. این روزها بانکها خیلی از خدمات را حضوری انجام نمیدهند و برای آن باید از گوشی و کامپیوتر و… استفاده کرد که برای من که سواد کافی برای اینکار ندارم و چشمانم از سو افتاده، سختی کار را بیشتر میکند.
او از کمبود فضای سبز و امکانات تفریحی در نقاط مختلف شهر میگوید و با نامیدی سخنانش را با این جمله به پایان میرساند که «از ما گذشته، بروید و به فکر بیکاری فرزندانمان باشید تا جوانی آنها هدر نرود.»
این نامیدی فکرمان را مشغول خود میکند و به همین دلیل به سراغ حسین امینی، کارشناس ارشد روانشناسی و مشاوره خانواده میرویم و نظر او را نسبت به سالمندی و وضع سالمندان جویا میشویم .
حسین امینی در این باره میگوید: سالمندی دورهای از زندگی است که همه ما به آن میرسیم و چون همه ما روزی به این مرحله خواهیم رسید باید با توجه ویژه به این قشر، نسل جوان را برای رسیدن به آن آماده کنیم تا امید در تمام مراحل زندگی آنها زنده باشد و برای همه عمر برنامه جامع داشته باشند. زندگی در دوره سالمندی به این که چگونه دوره جوانی را گذرانده باشیم و چه سبک زندگی و چه باورهایی داشته باشیم وابسته است که با مدیریت صحیح در نوجوانی و جوانی و آگاهانه زندگی کردن میتوان این دوره را بهتر و زیباتر کرد و کسانی که درگیر باورهای غلط زندگی، استرسها و فشارها باشند سالمندی سختی را در پیش خواهند داشت.
این کارشناس ارشد مشاوره خانواده به جایگاه بالای سالمندان در جامعه تأکید کرد و افزود: جامعه در سالمندی و حتی روند رسیدن به آن موثر است و میتواند در بهتر شدن این دوره کمک بسزایی کند و این وقتی ممکنه است که بپذیریم سالمندان ما الگوهای موفقی هستند و کوله بار تجربه از آنها انسانهای بزرگی ساخته که باید به عنوان ذخایر ارزشمند تجربه جامعه از آنان یاد شود. اگر این تجربیات به کار گرفته شود و بیشتر حضور این افراد دیده شود، هم آنها سالمندی بهتری دارند و هم با انتقال تجربه به جامعه کمک زیادی میکنند.
وی تصریح کرد: اگر بپذیریم که گرچه این افراد از نظری جسمی ضعیف شدهاند اما مغز آنها هنر آفرین است، میتوانند به عنوان جلودار فکری جامعه نقش آفرین باشند. این مسئله در خانواده هم کاملا قابل تطبیق است و باید بجای دلسوزی و ترحم از آنها به عنوان راهنما استفاده کرد تا نقش پررنگ خود را احساس کنند. اینکه سالمندان را با تمام امکانات به خانه سالمندان بسپاریم اصلا کار خوبی نیست و هیچکدام این قفس طلایی را دوست ندارند، بلکه دوست دارند در متن زندگی شاهد ثمربخشی حاصل عمر خود باشند. باید فرهنگ زندگی با سالمندان و ارج نهادن آنها طبق ضوابط دین و اخلاق آموزش داده شود و جوانان بدانند اگر میخواهند در آینده زندگی بهتری داشته باشند و نگران این دوره هستند، باید امروز به این افراد جایگاه ویژهای بدهند.
امینی اظهارکرد: مسئولین هم قطعا بدانند که باید به این گنجینه اهمیت داده شود چرا که اینها کسانی هستند که جوانی خود را در راه پیشرفت این جامعه و کشور فدا کردهاند و امروز نوبت آنهاست که ایجاد شرایط مناسب، خدمات شهری، بیمه و… زمینه آرامش روانی و امنیت فکری آنها را فراهم کنند. این انصاف نیست، فردی را که عمری در راه رفاه جامعه زحمت کشیده فراموش کنیم و به حال خود رها کنیم. با این کار انگیزه را از جوانان میگیریم و این فکر را القا میکنیم که تمام زحماتشان بیهوده است و به راحتی آنها را فراموش میکنند.
وی اضافه کرد: اصلا در شأن کشور اسلامی ما نیست که سالمند ما هنوز درگیر تأمین خوراک و پوشاک خود باشد و یا توان پرداخت هزینه درمان خود را نداشته باشد. ما در بحث خدمات شهری برای سالمندان نیاز به کار زیادی داریم؛ مثلا در بحث مبلمان شهری مناسب، فضای سبز و البته وسایل حمل و نقل مناسب که امکانات اولیه محسوب میشوند، هنوز امکانات کافی نداریم. به طور منطقی باید ده درصد اعتبارات شهری برای این قشر هزینه شوند چرا که ده درصد از جمعیت ما را شامل میشوند ولی ما هنوز وضعیت این عزیزان را در سطح مطلوب نمیبینیم.
در همین راستا و به دلیل اهمیت توجه به سالمندان در مدیریت شهری به سراغ رئیس کمیسیون خدمات شهری شورای شهر مشهد رفتیم تا از برنامههای شورای پنجم برای خدمت رسانی به سالمندان جویا شویم.
وی در این باره میگوید: ما در این زمینه تحقیقات لازم را کردهایم ولی هنوز جلسه و مصوبهای در این مورد نداشتهایم.
محمد حاجیان تاکید کرد: ما با شعار تغییر آمدیم پس این قول را میدهیم که در وضع این عزیزان تغییر ایجاد شود و در بحث همسطحسازی ایستگاهها و اتوبوسها ، یکسان سازی معابر و پیادهروها و دیگر خدمات شهری قطعا اقداماتی انجام خواهد شد، فقط کمی به زمان احتیاج داریم.
