جابهجایی استانداران؛ راهبرد دولت دوازدهم
همه ۱۲ فردی که تا کنون در دولت دوازدهم عهدهدار سمت استانداری شدهاند، در کارنامه خود سابقه استانداری دارند. راهبرد دولت دوازدهم تا اینجای کار نه عزل استانداران که جابجایی آنها بوده است. باید منتظر جابجاییها یا تغییرات بعدی باشیم. پنجاه و یک روز از آغاز به کار دولت دوازدهم میگذرد و تنها 12 استان کشور استانداران خود را شناختهاند؛ این در حالی است که وزیر کشور پیشتر اعلام کرده بود تغییرات استانداران تا پایان شهریور انجام میشود.
از 12 فردی که تاکنون در دولت دوازدهم یعنی کابینه دوم رئیس جمهور روحانی عهده دار سمت استانداری شدهاند، 10 نفر در دولت یازدهم نیز استاندار بودهاند.( البته در استانهایی دیگر). یک تن از آنها نیز در دولت هشتم سابقه استانداری دارد و یک تن دیگر در دولت یازدهم در سمت معاون استاندار فعالیت میکرد.
فریدون همتی که به عنوان استاندار هرمزگان معرفی شده است، در دولت یازدهم عهده دار استانداری قزوین بود. محمد مهدی مروج الشریعه که در دولت قبل معاونت هماهنگی امور اقتصادی و توسعه منابع استانداری خراسان رضوی را عهده دار بود، در دولت فعلی استاندار خراسان جنوبی خواهد بود.
محمد احمدی که در اوایل دولت یازدهم استاندار فارس بود، در دولت دوازدهم عهده دار استانداری کهگیلویه و بویراحمد خواهد بود. محمد علی نجفی استاندار گیلان در دولت یازدهم نیز در دولت دوازدهم استاندار البرز خواهد بود.
قاسم سلیمانی دشتکی در دولت یازدهم استاندار چهارمحال بختیاری بود؛ او در دولت جدید متصدی استانداری ایلام خواهد بود.
محمد حسین مقیمی که با حکم رئیس جمهور به سمت استانداری تهران رسیده است در ابتدای دولت قبل، استاندار استان مرکزی بود وی در ادامه دولت یازدهم به ساختمان 18 طبقه خیابان فاطمی تهران منتقل شد و در وزارت کشور عهده دار سمتهایی همچون معاون سیاسی و قائم مقامی وزیر شد.
مصطفی سالاری که در دولت دوازدهم با حکم رئیس جمهور به سمت استانداری استان گیلان رسیده است، در دولت قبل استاندار بوشهر بود.
