دیدار معاون استاندار خراسان رضوی با نماینده ولی فقیه در استان
سید جواد حسینی به همراه مدیران حوزه معاونت اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی با نماینده ولی فقیه در استان و امام جمعه مشهد دیدار کرد.
معاون استاندار در این دیدار با اشاره به 8 حوزه زیر مجموعه معاونت گفت: در حوزه اداره کل امور اتباع و مهاجرین خارجی طرح بیمه سلامت اتباع خارجی اجرایی شده است که تا کنون 33 هزار نفر از اتباع دفترچه بیمه سلامت دریافت کرده اند.
وی افزود: بدنبال تاکید مقام معظم رهبری مبنی بر بازنماندن دانش‌آموزان اتباع از تحصیل ، در حال حاضر بیش از 70 هزار دانش آموز اتباع خارجی در استان مشغول به تحصیل هستند که 55 هزار نفر آنان دارای برگه اقامتی معتبر و 15 هزار نفر نیز برگه اقامت ندارند.
حسینی با اشاره به تدوین سند پدافند غیر عامل در استان گفت: در حوزه اداره کل پدافند غیر عامل استان سند پدافند غیر عامل طراحی و تدوین شده است که این کار در کشور بی نظیر است و مبنایی برای سایر استان ها شده است.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی در ادامه با اشاره به فعالیت های شورای هماهنگی مبارزه با مواد مخدر استان گفت:در 5 ماهه نخست سال جاری 33 باند قاچاق مواد مخدر شناسایی شده است و کشفیات مواد مخدر در این 5 ماهه 15 تن بوده که نسبت به مدت مشابه قبل 11 درصد افزایش را نشان می دهد.
حسینی تصریح کرد: 55 طرح با پوشش قرارگرفتن 46 هزار و 750 نفر توسط سازمان های مردم نهاد در حوزه مواد مخدر در استان به اجرا گذاشته خواهد شد.
معاون استاندار با اشاره به مراکز ماده 16 استان گفت: 6 مرکز ماده 16 در استان برای جمع آوری و نگهداری معتادین متجاهر وجود دارد که امید است با استفاده از ظرفیت شوراهای شهر خصوصا شهر مشهد بتوان امکانات این مراکز را افرایش داد.
معاون اجتماعی، سیاسی و امنیتی استانداری خراسان رضوی در ادامه با اشاره به فعالیت های کمیسیون مبارزه با قاچاق کالا و ارز استان، گفت: کشفیات کالای قاچاق در 5 ماهه نخست سال جاری 22 درصد نسبت به مدت مشابه قبل افزایش داشته است.
وی افزود: بر اساس بررسی انجام گرفته در سال گذشته، 83.5 درصد مردم استان از امنیت رضایت داشتند که این میزان پنج درصد از میانگین کشوری آن بالاتر است.
معاون استاندار راه اندازی پارلمان مشورتی 28 شهر استان را از فعالیت های صورت گرفته شده در دفتر بانوان و خانواده دانست و افزود: در راستای کنترل و کاهش آمار طلاق و افزایش ازدواج زنجیره ازدواج تا طلاق در استان ترسیم شده است و آموزش های قبل ازدواج و توانمندسازی دختران و پسران از 2 ساعت به 12 ساعت افزایش یافته است.
معاون استاندار سه راهبرد اصلی در انتخابات اخیر را سلامت، امنیت و مشارکت حداکثری دانست و افزود: با فعالیت های صورت گرفته شده در دفتر سیاسی و انتخابات این سه راهبرد به خوبی محقق شد.
وی افزود: راه اندازی خانه احزاب، پیگیری مسائل و مشکلات کارگری، دانشجویی و اقوام و مذاهب از جمله فعالیت های انجام شده در حوزه دفتر سیاسی و انتخابات است.
وی اظهار کرد: به منظور کاهش آسیب های اجتماعی، مشارکت نظام مند سمن ها هدفگذاری شد که در این زمینه 120 سمن در استان فعال شدند.
حسینی افزود: تدوین و اجرایی نمودن ده راهبرد در حوزه سازمان های مردم نهاد، پیگیری اجرایی شدن حقوق شهروندی، تدوین شناسنامه فرهنگی شهرستان ها،راه اندازی خانه تشکل های غیردولتی و خانه جوان، تدوین نظام نامه تعامل دولت با سازمان های مردم نهاد از جمله فعالیت های دفتر اجتماعی و فرهنگی استانداری می باشد.
