در همان ساعتهای اولیه صبح شنبه باید از روی ریل به سراغ محلِ مشخص شد میرفت و مشکل فنی ریلها را حل میکرد. از اتاقک خود به سمت ریلها میرفت اما هرگز نمیدانست این آخرین باری است که چیزی را تعمیر و نقصی را برطرف میکند. ابزار کار را به دست گرفته بود، به محل نزدیک شد و مشغول گریسکاری پیچهای ریل شد.

ساعت ۰۹:۲۳ دقیقه صبح روز شنبه چهارم شهریورماه 96 یک فقره مرگ مشکوک در محدوده ایستگاه راه آهن شهر نقاب به مرکز فوریتهای پلیسی ۱۱۰ اعلام و بلافاصله گشت کلانتری مرکز به محل اعزام شد.
سرهنگ غلامزاده گفت: با حضورماموران در محل مشخص شد قطار مسافربری اصفهان مشهد با کارگر ۴۲ ساله راه آهن که در حال گیریس کاری پیچهای ریل بوده برخورد کرده است.
فرمانده انتظامی شهرستان جوین تصریح کرد: متاسفانه در این سانحه مرد جوان به طرز دلخراشی در دم فوت و جسدش با هماهنگی مقام قضایی به سردخانه منتقل شد.
مدیرکل راه آهن منطقه خراسان با تایید خبر فوت کارگر راه آهن در این حادثه گفت: کمیسیون بررسی سوانح راه آهن در حال بررسی علل این حادثه است.
