مردم منتظر اعلام نتیجه پرونده پردیسبان هستند
نماینده مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی گفت: مردم منتظر نتیجه رسیدگی مجلس به پرونده شرکت پردیسبان هستند.
نصرالله پژمانفر در نشست علنی روز دوشنبه مجلس شورای اسلامی با استناد به تبصره (1) ماده 236 آییننامه داخلی مجلس افزود: بر اساس این ماده چنانچه نظر مجلس بر تأیید گزارش باشد موضوع جهت رسیدگی به قوه قضائیه و سایر مراجع ذیصلاح ارسال میشود تا خارج از نوبت و بدون تشریفات دادرسی رسیدگی شود.
نماینده مردم مشهد و کلات در مجلس شورای اسلامی افزود: همانطور که مستحضر هستید در ارتباط با شرکت پردیسبان نمایندگان این موضوع را به عنوان ماده 236 مطرح کردند و علیرغم اینکه در صحن علنی تأیید و گزارش آن نیز به قوه قضائیه اعلام شده است؛ اما منتظر هستیم که در ارتباط با این موضوع تعیین تکلیف شود و مردم منتظر هستند که مجلس وقتی به این موضوع رسید چه کاری انجام داد.
پژمانفر خاطر نشان کرد: در کمیسیون فرهنگی مجلس، 11 نفر از نمایندگان در ارتباط با قانون تسهیل ازدواج جوانان که متأسفانه علیرغم اینکه سالیان سال این موضوع مصوب بوده روی زمین مانده است، تقاضای ماده 236 کردند و این موضوع به کمیسیون فرهنگی ارجاع شد و در کمیسیون بررسی شد ؛اما متأسفانه این قانون به طور کلی اجرا نشده است و گزارش کمیسیون فرهنگی به هیأت رئیسه رسیده و ما منتظر هستیم که هیأت رئیسه نسبت به اعلام این موضوع اقدام کند.
علی مطهری در پاسخ به این تذکر گفت: در خصوص تذکر اول در رابطه با موسسات همچون پردیسبان و کاسپین نامه آن تهیه شده و ظاهرا امروز به قوه قضائیه ارسال شده و موضوع دوم نیز در نوبت صحن علنی مجلس قرار دارد و این کار انجام میشود.
