وي اظهار كرد: قتل عمد از جمله جرایمی است که با توسل به پرخاشگری صورت میگیرد و در بین همه خشونتها قتل نفس خطرناکترین نوع خشونتها محسوب میشود زیرا آسیب وارده از آن به قربانی به هیچ شكل قابل جبران نیست و برای نزدیکان و دوستان او بسیار سنگین و سخت خواهد بود.
سرهنگ بيات مختاري تصريح كرد: طبق بررسيهاي صورت گرفته در خصوص قتلهاي اتفاق افتاده از ابتداي سال جاري در سطح شهرستان، اختلافات خانوادگي با 71 درصد بيشترين علت قتل در شهرستان را به خود اختصاص داده و حدود 70درصد قتلها با سلاح سرد و حدود 30 درصد با سلاح شكاري صورت گرفته است.
وی ادامه داد: بر پايه اين تحليل در مجموع اكثر قاتلان مرد و از مجموع مقتولان از ابتداي سال جاري 57درصد خانم و 43درصد مرد بودند كه نيازمند تامل و ريشه يابي موضوع است.
وي گفت: احساس خشم يك احساس طبيعي است، همانگونه كه سيل يك پديده طبيعي است بنابراين اگر ما ياد نگيريم كه چگونه خشم خود را كنترل كنيم، خشم كنترل ما را به دست خواهد گرفت ضمن اين كه افكار و احساسات مهمترين جزء رواني انسان محسوب ميشود و نقش مهمي در ايجاد حالتهاي احساسي و هيجاني ايفا ميکند .
