جلوگیری از تعطیلی مراکز تولیدی در استان
سید امیر مرتضوی در جمع مدیران پیشگیری از اثربخشی اقدامات مجموعه قضایی در پیشگیری تعطیلی از بنگاه ها و مراکز تولیدی و بیکاری نیروی کار در استان خبرداد.
معاون امور اجتماعی و پیشگیری از وقوع جرم دادگستری خراسان رضوی که در جلسه مدیران پیشگیری از جرم استان در مجتمع قضایی ولایت مشهد با تشریح برخی از اقدامات انجام شده در دادگستری استان خراسان رضوی با رویکرد پیشگیری گفت: با عنایت به منویات مقام معظم رهبری و تأکیدات رییس قوه قضائیه اقدامات مؤثری در این زمینه ساماندهی شد و به مرحله اجرا درآمد و بررسی های موجود نشان دهنده اثربخشی این اقدامات به ویژه در حوزه صنعت و کارآفرینی بوده است.
وی با تشریح برخی از این اقدامات افزود: استفاده از نظریات کارشناسی، کارگروهی، وحدت و همدلی و استفاده حداکثری از ظرفیت های مردمی و قانونی موجب کسب موفقیت های متعدد در این معاونت شده است که جای شکر دارد.
وی افزود: در حوزه اعتباربخشی به اسناد رسمی، کاهش آسیبهای اجتماعی به ویژه در حوزه طلاق و رصد و برخورد با جرایم در حوزه فضای مجازی اقدامات خوبی به انجام رسید که نتیجه آن کاهش وقوق طلاق توافقی و سایر انواع طلاق و نیز پیشگیری از جعل و کلاهبرداری از طریق اسناد رسمی و شناسایی و برخورد با ادمین ها و برخی از مدیران کانالهای حاضر در فضای مجازی بود.
سید امیر مرتضوی با تقدیر از حمایتهای معاون پیشگیری از جرم قوه قضائیه نقش اداره ارتقاء آگاهی های عمومی، افکارسنجی و اطلاع رسانی معاونت اجتماعی و پیشگیری از جرم قوه قضائیه در زمینه تسهیل اجرای سیاست های قضایی به ویژه در حوزه فرهنگ عمومی بسیار مؤثر و مهم دانست و خاطر نشان کرد: برگزاری کارگاه های آموزشی برای رابطان رسانه ای در این زمینه مؤثر واقع شده است.
وی افزود: موفقیتهای پیش گفته در سایه حمایت های رییس کل دادگستری استان از مجموعه پیشگیری به دست آمده و در نتیجه همین حمایتها شاهد پیشگیری از تعطیلی بسیاری از مراکز تولیدی و جلوگیری از بیکاری بیش از30 هزار نفر نیروی کار در سال 95 بودیم.
