توسعه شرکتهای دانش بنیان با کمک 10 هزار میلیاردی دولت
معاون توسعه فناوری معاونت علمی و فناوری نهاد ریاست جمهوری گفت: از سوی دولت سالانه 10 هزار میلیارد ریال تسهیلات به منظور توسعه شرکتهای دانش بنیان در نظر گرفته شده است.
دکتر علی وطنی در حاشیه همایش آینده انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد افزود: این تسهیلات برای شرکتهای دانش بنیان در اختیار صندوق نوآوری و شکوفایی قرار دارد که با کارمزد چهار تا 11 درصد ارائه می شود. ظرفیت مالی مناسبی در این زمینه وجود دارد.
وی ادامه داد: صندوق توسعه ملی تسهیلات ارزی مناسبی را برای سرمایه گذاری بخش خصوصی در خصوص توسعه فناوریها در نظر گرفته است.
اجرای سند توسعه انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر در خراسان رضوی
معاون توسعه فناوری معاونت علمی و فناوری نهاد ریاست جمهوری همچنین گفت: هر کشوری برای اجرای برنامه های توسعه نیاز مبرم به انرژی دارد و در این زمینه استفاده از انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا می کنند.
وی افزود: با اینکه در زمینه انرژی فسیلی دارای منابع غنی هستیم ولی این منابع تمام شدنی است. این منابع علاوه بر اینکه دارای مشکلات زیست محیطی هستند ممکن است استفاده از آنها در تابستان و زمستان دچار مشکل شود.
وطنی ادامه داد: بر این اساس باید در خصوص انرژیهای بادی و خورشیدی از تجربه کشورهای دانش بنیان بطور نسبی استفاده کرد. لذا یکی از ستادهای مبتنی بر نقشه جامع علمی کشور در معاونت علمی و فناوری ریاست جمهوری پیگیر بحث انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر است.
وی گفت: در همین چارچوب قرار است بطور آزمایشی سند توسعه انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر در خراسان رضوی اجرایی شود. این استان به دلیل استقرار شرکت برق منطقه ای، آستان قدس رضوی و دانشگاه فردوسی ظرفیت بسیار مناسبی در اختیار دارد تا گام ارزشمندی در خصوص کمک به محیط زیست بردارد.
معاون توسعه فناوری معاونت علمی و فناوری نهاد ریاست جمهوری افزود: دولت از بخش خصوصی و شرکتهای دانش بنیان فعال در این زمینه حمایت می کند و تسهیلات مناسبی را برای آنها در نظر گرفته است.

وی ادامه داد: باید در خصوص جلوگیری از خسارات پدیده خشکسالی و کم آبی نیز از شرکتهای دانش بنیان حمایت شود. در این زمینه معاونت فناوری ریاست جمهوری برنامه ای را برای اکتشاف از آبهای ژرف در نظر گرفته است.
وطنی گفت: در موضوع خشک شدن دریاچه های ارومیه و نمک قم بحث مقابله با ریزگردها بسیار مهم و اساسی است. در این زمینه هم شرکتهای دانش بنیان نقش بسیار مهمی ایفا می کنند که دولت با ارائه تسهیلات از آنها حمایت می کند.
