موسیقی،تدریس و انواع مدرسان آن

در یک نگاه کلی موسیقیدان‌ها سه گروهند :یک.گروه آنها که آهنگسازان و یا نوازندگان بسیار چیره دست و ماهری هستند ولی نمی‌توانند معلمین خوبی باشند. صبر معلمی، قدرت انتقال یا به اصطلاح بیان مدرسه‌ای ندارند. این گروه اساتید بسیار علاقه به اجرای زنده موسیقی چه روی صحنه چه استودیوو چه هر دو دارند.

گروه دیگر اساتیدی که «اجرایی» محسوب نمی‌شونذ و کم اتفاق می‌افتد که قطعات موسیقی را بدون اشتباه در نُت (بدون فالشی) به پایان برسانند که این هرگز عیب نیست و بسیار معمول است ولی علاقه به آموزش دارند و بسیار معلمین خوبی هستند.

از معلمین بزرگ در دنیا می توان به آقای «شینچی سوزوکی» مبدع مکتبی خاص در تدریس ویولن اشاره کرد و از نوازندگان بزرگ دنیا که هیچ شاگردی نداشت می‌توان «ولادیمیر هوروویتز» را مثال زد.

گروه سوم گروهی هستند که هم در اجرا و هم در تدریس قوی هستند که به نظر من این حالت کم اتفاق افتاده است. مشهور بودن یا نبودن یک هنرمند ممکن است هنرجو را دچار قضاوت اشتباه در مورد تدریس کند. اگر یک هنرمند نتواند قطعه‌ای را بدون اشتباه به پایان برساند دلیل بر ضعف او در تدریس نیست در صورتیکه یک نوازنده چیره دست یا آهنگساز سطح بالا ممکن است هرگز معلم خوبی نباشد. دلایل این امر مفصل است که در این مقال نمی‌گنجد. در ایران به علت محدودیت کنسرت چه اساتید «اجرایی» و چه غیر آن همگی مجبور به تدریس شده‌اند. تشکل‌های هنری به رد و بدل اندیشه‌ها و انتقادات و پیشنهادات بین خود هنرمندان با هم یا بین هنرمندان و مردم و درنتیجه به اعتلای هنر کمک می‌کند.

اما از سوی دیگر یکی از علل روی آوردن توده مردم به موسیقی‌های سطح پایین اغلب اینست که کنسرت‌هایی وجود ندارد که مردم خسته از کار روزمره بتوانند رفع خستگی کنند و انرژی خود را بروز دهند. زیرا بعد از تخلیه هیجانات درونی، فرد طبیعتا  زمان و مکان مناسبی را برای پرداختن به موسیقی و هر هنر دیگری که به تفکر نیاز دارد، در نظر می گیرد.

از دیگر پیامدهای وجود نداشتن کنسرت از بین رفتن انگیزه هنرجویان موسیقی برای اعتلای سطح علمی یا نوازندگی و در نیتجه در جا زدن و حتی پسرفت سطح هنر در بین آنها یا مردم است.آنچنان که می‌بینیم.
