بررسی مشکلات کتابخانه های عمومی خراسان رضوی
جلسه شورای اسلامی استان خراسان رضوی با حضور مدیرکل کتابخانه های عمومی استان و با موضوع بررسی چالشها و مشکلات کتابخانه های عمومی و بیان نقاط قوت و امیدبخش حوزه کتاب و کتابخوانی و ترویج فرهنگ مطالعه برگزار شد.
مدیرکل کتابخانه های عمومی خراسان رضوی در این جلسه گفت: در حوزه کتاب و کتابخانه های عمومی در سالهای گذشته همواره دچار مشکلات و کمبودهایی بوده ایم که سیاست نهاد کتابخانه های عمومی کشور و اداره کل کتابخانه ها بر رفع این مشکلات است.
حجت الاسلام علی اکبر سبزیان افزود: در استان خراسان رضوی 201 باب کتابخانه عمومی وجود دارد که 117 باب کتابخانه نهادی، 80 باب کتابخانه مشارکتی و 4 باب کتابخانه نیز به صورت مستقل اداره می شوند.
وی ادامه داد: در این کتابخانه ها بیش از سه میلیون و 177 هزار کتاب وجود دارد که سیصد و 68 نفر نیروی متخصص کتابدار در این کتابخانه ها به بیش از 214هزارنفر عضو کتابخانه خدمات کتابدارانه ارائه می دهند.
وی ادامه داد: اداره کل کتابخانه های عمومی استان با 368 نیروی کتابدار و 201ساختمان کتابخانه ای یکی از قدرتمندترین نهادهای فرهنگی استان است که با سیاستهایی که در چند سال گذشته داشته است در تمامی کتابخانه ها موفق به ایجاد و تجهیز بخش کودک شده است و سعی کرده است روی این قشر جامعه به عنوان وفادارترین و ماندگارترین اعضا سرمایه گذاری کند.
وی ادامه داد: یکی از مهمترین مواردی که ما در اداره کل پیگیری می کنیم ترویج فرهنگ کتاب و کتابخوانی است و از مسئولان هم انتظار می رود که از کتابخانه های عمومی و اداره کل کتابخانه ها، سیاستها و راهکارهای اجرایی شدن ترویج و اعتلای فرهنگ مطالعه را مطالبه کنند.
سبزیان یادآورشد: بحث مطالعه به عنوان یکی از مولفه های مهم در استان در حال پیگیری است و ما در تمامی سفرهای شهرستانی ازمسئولان شهرستان اعم از فرماندار، امام جمعه، شهردار، اعضای شورای اسلامی و دیگر مسئولان خواسته ایم که به مطالعه اهمیت بدهند و با حضور در کتابخانه های عمومی و اختصاص زمانی از اوقات فراغت خود به کتاب و مطالعه الگوی مطالعه و کتابخوانی شهرستان باشند.
مدیرکل کتابخانه های عمومی استان ادامه داد: رهبر معظم انقلاب به عنوان شخصیت اصلی انقلاب همواره بر اهمیت کتابخوانی به صورت عملی و در خانواده خود تاکید دارند و از مسئولان هم انتظار است که کتاب خوان و اهل مطالعه باشند.
وی تاکید کرد: حضور همیشگی شهرداران و رئیس شورای اسلامی شهر در جلسات انجمن کتابخانه های عمومی باعث می شود در خصوص تصمیات انجمن تاثیرگذار باشند و انجمن هم دستور کارهای قوی و متقن داشته باشد.
وی به برگزاری عملیات تخصصی رف خوانی در کتابخانه های عمومی اشاره کرد و ادامه داد: کتابداران استان در کتابخانه های عمومی کتابدارانی فعال و پرتلاش هستند که به صورت تخصصی و با پشتکار در حال خدمت هستند و در طول سال گذشته بیش از هزار و 695 نشست کتاب خوان با معرفی نزدیک به ده هزار کتاب را برگزار کرده اند.
وی ادامه داد: کمبود کتابخانه در استان یکی از مشکلات این حوزه است به طوریکه در حال حاضر 9شهر در استان فاقد کتابخانه عمومی است و 29 پروژه عمرانی نیمه تمام هم در استان وجود دارد.
وی تاکید کرد: باید از ظرفیت موجود برای اعتلای فرهنگ مطالعه استفاده کنیم تا استان خراسان رضوی را به عنوان استان دوستدار کتاب معرفی کنیم.
